Decoration Yarns made from paper - Creation in all colours! GarnTec Decoration-Yarns are suitable for tinkering or in the floristic due to the simple handling. Manufactured from paper and fine wires our yarns are pollution free and biologically degradable. Diameters of 0,8 mm with 0,4 mm wire or 1,5 mm with a wire inlay of 0,4 mm or 0,6 mm are available. The yarns will be supplied on coils with different length. Naturally we can supply cut length, multiple yarns, paper tapes and paper cords for decoration.

The possible applications of paper bowls for the embossing technology are manifold: It either gets the "worn-in" relief of the embossing cylinder, it is used as a smooth cylinder for pressing, or it is used for calendering. At our 1200 square metre-large production hall, we use the latest technology to manufacture paper bowls with a maximum length of 2400 mm at 3400 mm total length and, depending on the particular requirements, with or without swell. Next, the paper bowls are finished on a special rotating machine.

Our liners are not only practical, they can also be aseptic.The liner assembles itself thanks to a unique design and folding system. It only takes one person to fill it – from the top or the bottom. There are thus considerable savings to be made when filling, while maintaining optimum utilisation. The special design of the liner adapts to the container like a second skin and protects the bulk material. There are no readjustments required during the filling process. Our customers can rest assured we have everything under control: we carry out regular pressure and sight tests, sealed seam and strength tests, as well as simulated transport tests, in order to maintain our high quality standards. And another thing: in order to support the shelf life of your goods, our liners are sterilised with gamma rays.

Your bulk cargo is fully protected and safely stored in our liners. We not only guarantee this with our ongoing quality checks but also by using the most varied of structures and materials which, depending on requirements, ensure your products are optimally handled: from the inlets/outlets of varying sizes to the practical centring discs that make insertion into the outer packaging easier, to the conical bottom that lightens the load on sealed seams and guarantees optimum drainage of residual material. We also have plenty to offer when it comes to materials: in addition to our popular PE liners or high-quality aluminium composite film, we also offer specially tailored liners for octabins, boxes or FIBCs as par for the course. You can rely on the quality of our aluminium composite film to protect top-quality, hygroscopic products against dampness, water vapour, UV radiation, oxygen, as well as odour transmission. Let’s state facts: we use top-quality plastic film when making our liners. Thanks to the high quality of our materials, we are even able to produce multi-layered liners that are very thin as we aim for a sustainable use of resources. Furthermore, there is no need for any elaborate cleaning of a tank that is lined with one of our products. Our liners also protect the tank from beer scale, which can only be removed using chemicals. And, last but not least, the use of tank beer logistically takes up less space. Meaning less truck transport for a better carbon balance. And that’s certainly something we can drink to.
