Explosion-proof heaters - ATEX – Standard. Explosion-proof heaters are used in many industrial or commercial applications that are classified as hazardous areas. Our appliances are used to heat the ambient air of hazardous areas in zone 1 and 2, typically in chemical industries, paint and lacquer industries, sewage plants and mining. Heaters made of high-grade stainless steel are recommended for aggressive environments (e.g. sewage plants), while heaters with a painted or coated surface, also available with protection basket, are sufficient for standard applications. Paints and coatings play a significant role in our lives. Without them, life would be dull and even monotonous. But they don’t just provide color. They perform a multitude of other tasks as well. For example, they protect objects or structures from corrosion and deterioration, thus contributing to the sustainable use of resources. Equally, special coatings can contribute to a reduction in flow resistance, or create a pearled finish that makes objects easier to clean and reduces contamination. Paints and coatings generally consist of binders, fillers, pigments, solvents, resins, and perylene, as well as additives. These substances must be mixed together homogeneously during the production process. Various agitators are used to achieve this, for example dissolvers, depending on the process step and according to the boundary conditions.

AMROC Color-Primed is the product version used for customized finish painting at the construction site. The product AMROC Color-Primed is ideally suited for applying the finished paint coat to the facade at the construction site. The front facing side and edges are primed in RAL 9010 (white) and the rear facing side is finish coated in RAL 7035 (light grey). The finish coat that is applied at the construction site creates vapor diffusion equilibrium between the front and rear facing sides. The factory applied primer does not yet completely seal the front facing side. The finish coat must be a paint-manufacturer-approved paint that is weather proof and alkaline stable. We recommend Amphibolin ELF made by Caparol for this purpose. AMROC Color-Primed is also suitable for: Flooring for wet spaces to be surface treated with ceramic materials, or similar Walls in wet spaces that will be surface treated with ceramic materials.

DATAPAQ Oven Tracker profilers based on the compact DATAPAQ DP5 data logger are designed for short and medium duration coating cure processes and optimized for low ovens. The portfolio includes high-accuracy DATA LOGGERS with six or 12 measurement channels, protective THERMAL BARRIERS, the Datapaq Insight ANALYSIS SOFTWARE, and type K, N, or T THERMOCOUPLES. The DATAPAQ DP5 data loggers have been designed to ensure minimum cost of use. They can store up to 10 profile runs before being returned to the PC for download and detailed analysis. This enables rapid verification of a number of ovens with no wasted time. The powerful built-in & harsh-environment radio transmitter provides real time data from within the process opening a ‘window’ into the process, speeding up fault finding and process optimizations. Separation of paint powder from powder coating booths. Options: Rippert powder filter This type of filter is particularly suitable for the separation of paint powder from powder coating booths and is also often used together with an upstream Rippert cyclone for powder recovery. Separation chamber with dust collecting container, filter cartridges, compressed air cleaning and sound-insulated fan are housed in a compact design. The filter cartridges are arranged vertically in order to ensure optimum cleaning behaviour and energy-efficient operation. To conform to market requirements, widely differing machines for painting/coating mouldings, window parts and other profile components were developed. The type and number of guns depends both on the paint system and on the quality envisaged. Air, Airmix or Airless spraying systems can be used for this purpose. The individual machine types can be configured with all conveyor systems of our portfolio and combined with the respective drying systems. The difference between the VEN SPRAY MOULD (LT) and (LW) variants is their type of extraction. LT stands for dry extraction, LW for water-backed extraction. VEN SPRAY MOULD COOLAC is exclusively designed for processing water-based paints. The overspray is constantly collected and condensed in chilled collector systems. The condensation of the controlled air humidity keeps the collector devices and chilled conveyor systems permanently wet. This reliably prevents paint particles from drying during operation. The strip painting plants can be supplemented by further Venjakob plant technologies specifically tailored to the process such as brush sanding/denibbing machines, dryers or conveying equipment.
