Open wire heating elements are the best solution for air heating when used in fans. Because of our longlasting experience in this field, we can offer you a series construction in most cases. To use our open wire or coil heating elements in air, the installation of a cut-out is necessary (heat accumulation). The connection is done by a plug at the element (Faston 4,8 or 6,3) or by a cord set. Our extended range of air heater variants comprises: -> Heaters for Laundry Dryers (series & spare parts types) -> Heaters for Cross Flow Fan -> Heaters for Powerful Radial Blowers -> Heating Crosses & Special Designs Various special designs for airflow heating, deploying heater spirals on insulating mica support, are available. They are required when the available space for installation is limited and defined geometrical air ducts do not exist. All special open wire heaters are individual designs, i.e. custom-made.

The twisterchain product line offers a wide range for circular movements and is available in four sizes. Modular in width and radius, therefore flexible in applications where rotary and spiral movements up to 360° and more with high loads and smooth operation are required. Filling: The pre-opened bags-on-a-roll are opened manually or automatically by air blast and they are filled while still hanging on the roll. After filling, the bag is teared off and sealed. Lateral cardboard disks ensure the steady and exact unwinding of the roll. Holes can be punched in the bags, allowing air to escape during the packing process. The back of the bag can be coloured for better visibility of the bag’s content. A vertical tear-off perforation helps to re-open the filled bags. Applications: pre-opened bags on a roll are used wherever many small pieces have to be packed within a short time, e.g. in industries such as automotive, toys, plumbing parts, electronics, metal hardware, household products, medical and health care Order Quantity & Printing: Like all our packaging solutions, we offer our bags-on-a-roll in nearly every quantity, from small series to large production, printed with up to 10 colours or unprinted – directly from the manufacturer!

Even extremely strict tolerances regarding length and strength are adhered to in our compression spring production facility. The angular beaker, available in three different sizes, is particularly flexible and enables precise sampling. The position of the beaker can be set at different angles so that samples can be taken from different depths and surface conditions, even from areas that are difficult to access. The sampler is particularly suitable for taking samples from basins, tanks, shafts, open water etc. Sample depths of up to 6 m can be reached with the length-adjustable aluminium telescopic rods. The TeleSchöpfer telescopic rod with tools is a versatile sampling system. The interchangeable tools (angular beaker, pendulum beaker, bottle holder, stainless steel beaker and landing net) are suitable for a wide range of applications. The tools are firmly connected to the telescopic rod by a practical snap connection.
