Swivel motors from this series are generally suitable when program sequences such as acceleration – travel – deceleration in open-loop or closed-loop controlled systems are determined via proportional or servo valves. The swivel motors in this series are often also suitable in combination with simple hydraulic circuits if the inertia forces occurring are small, e.g. when opening and closing emptying systems, actuating valves, placing and removing workpieces, swiveling load handling devices and much more. In order to provide our customers with the right drive for all areas of application, the HSG swivel motor is available in a total of 11 different versions. Temperature is one of the most measured physical parameters. Despite this, precise temperature measurement is one of the most difficult tasks in motor technology. To meet the constantly increasing requirements for improved motor performance, higher efficiency and reduced emissions, it is necessary to use reliable and precise sensors in modern motor control systems. The increased requirements over the last few years regarding measurement accuracy and reliability of temperature measurements has meant that many equipment operators must reconsider the suitability and performance capacity of their temperature measurement equipment. Resistant thermometers can be used between -200 °C and +850 °C. An important common property is that their output parameters are available in the form of electric signals that can be relatively easily transferred to measurement and control instruments for processing, storage and display.

The AWALIFT 5/2 achieves a discharge head of up to 50 mWS, and is also available in the AWALIFT 5/2x2 version. This variation achieves a discharge head of up to 100 mWS. Magnetic motor feedback systems are proving themselves in numerous applications in linear drive technology, handling systems, circuit board assembly, robotics and in a wide range of automation solutions in the context of Industry 4.0. In all of these areas, the speed and/or position of a drive must be communicated to a main controller in real time.
