PurMop® EF40 single-use mop comprises a specially developed microfiber looped cleaning pile made from 80 % polyester-microfiber and 20 % polyester . This innovative disposable mop stands out through its superior cleaning ability and a good price-performance ratio. It offers an effective and safe alternative to reusable mops, without the need of decontamination after use. Available in non-sterile (EF40) and sterile (EF40-S) version.

The innovative PurWipe® N2 cleanroom nonwoven wipe consists of a polyester-polyamide-microfiber material. The ultrafine microfibers ensure good fluid absorbency as well as a high cleaning ability and optimal removal of tiny particles on all types of surfaces. Thanks to its superior tear resistance and fully synthetic material, the N2 wipe is ideally suited for a broad range of applications. High-pressure cleaning and surface preparation with water requires precise management of the water jet. FRP-LX - Lightweight mixer The pneumatic FRP-LX mixer series has been designed for easiest operation. Aluminum being the material of the housings and the adapters, it has a weight of only 6 kg. The agitator is screwed directly onto the on-top 2” bung hole of the tank thanks to either a 2”-steel or a 2”-fluoroware coupling. Therefore, this agitator can not only be screwed onto steel tanks but also onto plastic tanks with bung hole. The mobile agitator FRP-LX is by default equipped with a maintenance unit for the oiling of the pressurized air and mufflers. Additionally we can provide you with a vessel clamp applicable for open lid drums.

The Lapmaster Wolters Model 20 is a bench mounted unit with a heavy duty carbon steel weldment base. The model 20 is ideal for engineering workshops, where flatness and finish are of prime importance. It is equipped with a 508mm diameter serrated lap plate, manufactured from Grade 300 grey cast iron to ISO 185(2005) as standard. In-shop lapping reduces costs of component processing and equipment maintenance programs. Worn parts are reconditioned and salvaged, thus eliminating scrap. The pneumatic lift version of the Lapmaster Wolters Model 20 is based on the open face machine. Pressure weights are attached through self-aligning bearings to the rods of the pneumatic cylinders. The cylinders are mounted on a framework located over the lap plate on an upright column. The primary function of the pneumatic arrangement is to permit loading and unloading to be carried out without the need to lift pressure weights manually.
