PurMop® EF40 single-use mop comprises a specially developed microfiber looped cleaning pile made from 80 % polyester-microfiber and 20 % polyester . This innovative disposable mop stands out through its superior cleaning ability and a good price-performance ratio. It offers an effective and safe alternative to reusable mops, without the need of decontamination after use. Available in non-sterile (EF40) and sterile (EF40-S) version.

The innovative PurWipe® N2 cleanroom nonwoven wipe consists of a polyester-polyamide-microfiber material. WIWOX® DI-EU injector blasting cabinets are designed for use in production and maintenance. Ready for use equipped with integrated cartridge filter and abrasive recovery system. Economical operation with fine-grained abrasives with low air consumption of approx. 800 l/min. at 6 bar blasting pressure. The blasting media is continuously sucked out of the cabinet by a constant negative pressure and separated from dirt and dust in a downstream cyclone. A cyclone screen (possibly with ring magnet) collects coarse impurities. In this way, only clean abrasive remains in circulation. The used abrasive, dust and small impurities are led through the cartridge filter chamber to the dust collecting bucket.

With this in mind, we offer a specially designed and manufactured range of high pressure guns with electrical or mechanical control. The exceptional ergonomics of these tools have been achieved through innovative detail solutions: For example, our high-pressure guns are equipped with a special swivel handle that transmits any torque to the wrist. In addition, the hose connection can be swivelled in all directions, allowing optimum hose routing for all working situations. The Lapmaster Wolters Model 20 is a bench mounted unit with a heavy duty carbon steel weldment base. The model 20 is ideal for engineering workshops, where flatness and finish are of prime importance. It is equipped with a 508mm diameter serrated lap plate, manufactured from Grade 300 grey cast iron to ISO 185(2005) as standard. In-shop lapping reduces costs of component processing and equipment maintenance programs. Worn parts are reconditioned and salvaged, thus eliminating scrap. The pneumatic lift version of the Lapmaster Wolters Model 20 is based on the open face machine. Pressure weights are attached through self-aligning bearings to the rods of the pneumatic cylinders. The cylinders are mounted on a framework located over the lap plate on an upright column. The primary function of the pneumatic arrangement is to permit loading and unloading to be carried out without the need to lift pressure weights manually.
