HAND-Demagnetizers be used for degaussing of large parts or workpieces, which cannot be done to the device for other reasons, for example, Injection molds, stamping tools, vices built, clamped tools, etc. This portable model can be used for a maximum of 10 minutes of continuous operation. It is equipped with a thermostat that switches it off when the maximum permitted temperature (60ºC) is reached; it can only be used again once the temperature has dropped. The device is moved by hand over the workpiece, as close as possible to the surface, but without touching it.

Laser welding is a very gentle welding technique, as the heat input takes place in a locally very limited area. In this way, it is possible to reliably connect critical components with one another in a materially bonded manner, without the parts annealing. With laser welding, the two welding partners are joined together with as few gaps as possible in order to then weld them together (e.g. press-fit zones such as EloPin® puzzled at any feed or distance). The background to this is that no additional material is generally used in laser welding. Exception for build-up welding or repair welding of e.g. broken tool parts such as punches or cutting plates or injection molding tools for abrasive plastics with glass fiber filling. We recommend this laser welding machine especially for working on large molds. The laser arm has a range of almost 2.80 m. The highest working point is 2 m and the lowest is 80 cm. The laser system is positioned on the workpiece quickly, easily and with millimeter precision. The mobile laser welding machine ALFlak is particularly suitable for laser deposition and contour welding on large machine components, design components as well as on injection moulds and tools The sophisticated movement mechanism of the ALFlak enables you to work comfortably on large components - you can even immerse in deep, bulky shapes with the slim laser arm. With long weld seams, the ALFlak takes advantage of its large travel axes. A weld seam with a length of up to 500 mm is possible without settling - manually or according to a specified program. Welding can be done in manual mode, semi-automatic or fully programmed. The use of an automatic wire feeder or a rotary axis is also possible. It is the versatile possibilities for mobile welding that make it a very special welding system.
