Our high frequency converters are providing frequencies of up to 2 MHz at up to 200 kW output. For lower frequencies down to 4 kHz we have our mid range frequency converter series MU.

The molecules of the aluminum foil are set in rotating vibrations, creating heat that is used for the sealing process. Our sealing machines PolySeal Vario PN and PolySeal Vario Twin as well as all fully automatic sealing systems can be equipped with induction technology.

The device operates on the three-phase mains with a voltage of up to 400 V and a frequency of 50/60 Hz. The mains current is rectified and fed to the DC link, from which the inductors are individually supplied. The output power is controlled via the Kendrion controller of the modular industrial heating system. The setting range from 0% to 100% can be selected individually for each channel. By using state-of-the-art semiconductor switches, the output stages achieve high efficiencies, at working frequencies up to 25 kHz.

The controller is a fieldbus device for the control of up to 7 power modules from the modular heating System from Kendrion, which are directly connected via the module bus. In addition to system monitoring, the controller can also control or regulate the individual output channels of all power modules. Inductive sensors detect metal objects contactless and wear-free. For this, they use a high-frequency electromagnetic AC field that interacts with the target. Their strengths are the enormous durability, reliability, high switching frequencies and a long service life. Through a unique coil concept the uprox® sensors offer the highest switching distance, factor 1 for all metals and, right from the start, the highest operational safety through simple and safe installation.

The inductive coupler of the NIC series is designed for contactless bidirectional transmission of power and data. The devices consist of two components, the primary part NICP and the secondary part NICS. The primary part supplies the secondary part with power via the air interface. In return the secondary part provides data to the connected sensors and actuators.

The inductive linear position sensors of the Ri series operate contactless and wear-free according to a new, revolutionary measuring principle: The angular position is not detected via a positioning magnet but via an oscillating RLC circuit. The sensors are thus completely immune to magnetic fields such as generated by large motors for example. The measuring range of the rugged angle sensors is 360°. As starting variants analog voltage or current outputs and switching outputs are available.

Our fully automated winding centres for fine and self-bonding wire make us the perfect partner for any tasks you require. Our coils are tinned with lead-free coatings (RoHS). To manufacture self-supporting coils, we use self-bonding wire. During winding, the surface of the wire is bonded using hot air. To ensure the coil connections can be soldered, they are then stripped of insulating enamel using a fully automated milling process. PRUFREX is able to make air core coils with wire thicknesses from 0.045 to 1.6 millimetres.

With the Therma friction thermocouple you can determine the surface temperature of the brakes while driving. Attaching the mounting adapter puts uniform pressure on the brake disc through the spring-loaded sensor by using a bayonet cap. That perfectly compensates movements caused by centrifugal force and vibrations as well as the volume decrease caused by disc wear while ensuring a valid measurement. The brake disc friction sensor measures the surface temperature of the brake disc. It imparts important insights about the temperature development. That enables an indication about the brake line, intake and temperature radiation. A brake disc that becomes too hot during a race massively loses its effectiveness and deceleration to the accustomed and optimal degree is no longer possible. If the temperature is too high, the brake pads start gassing on top of that.

Surface mount inductors are used for heating processes in the food industry, in packaging machines or in embossing processes in the graphics industry. The material thickness of the heated tools can be reduced due to the surface energy input. This increases the dynamics of the process and saves energy.

Concrete floor heatings from Klöpper Therm are the optimum protection against dangers from black ice in cold stores. Concrete brings heat from outside into the cooling chamber. Thereby the temperature of the concrete along the heat flow falls to the temperature of the cooling chamber. The moisture stored in the warmer air condenses on the cold concrete surface through which black ice can form. Dangers through the exchange of warmer and colder air arise particularly in the area of locks. When, through repeated opening of the doors, condensation from the walls and ceilings falls on the floor and black ice forms, it can lead to accidents. In consequence of the effects of permanent cold, doors can freeze solid at the seals and be severely damaged.

Complete ready to install heating mats, with or without spare heating cable, consisting of heating cable – completely embedded in a hard PVC film – and cold lead, length to customer specification, up to 180 m possible. The approved heating mat developed by Klöpper Therm works against the penetration of cold in to the ground and prevents upheaval of the ground and destruction of the foundations. Cold stores and cooling chambers give off cold to their environments. In the area of partly or fully sunk in the ground supports, foundations and floors the underlying soil receives the cold. If the natural heat flow from the environment and the earth is insufficient, the moisture in the ground freezes, expands and the ground is lifted. Depending on the nature of the ground, this may cause substantial damage to buildings. Frost heave protection in cold stores and cooling chambers is, therefore, an essential and a reliable preventative measure against frost damage and damp.
