We have specialized in R-rings SH according to DIN 34109 / DIN34110 / DIN34118. In addition to the hook joint (SH), we mainly supply with straight joint, overlapped joint (SU) or gas-tight joint (SG or SW).

Blickle cast iron wheels are made from robust grey cast iron with a hardness of 180 to 220 HB. They are extremely wear-resistant and provide very little rolling and swivel resistance. Cast iron wheels are self-lubricating due to the graphite which they contain. However, they should always be sufficiently lubricated using the grease nipple, particularly when using the plain bore version. Due to the relatively high level of floor pressure, care must be taken when using this wheel series on sensitive surfaces. The silver coating on the wheels can change colour at high temperatures, but this does not affect the corrosion protection provided by the coating. Standard cast iron wheels are designed for use in temperatures of up to 120°C.

The SVS wheel series is primarily used for heavy duty applications requiring extremely high load capacities of up to 15,000 kg. They are typically used in machine and systems engineering. Their resistance to a wide range of aggressive substances also makes them suitable for use in applications which require resistance to chipping and oil. Despite their exceptional load capacities, only minimal effort is required on smooth surfaces to move transport units with SVS castors. The rugged grey cast iron series is extremely wear-resistant and is also capable of withstanding temperatures of between -25°C and 120°C.

easy drive® track timing belts can be made from the complete range of polyurethane and neoprene timing belts: in open lengths, endless welded, for form belts, endless Flex or wide timing belts, in almost any length and width. The directional guiding, with groove in tooth, is either already integrated in the timing belt during production or added later. These timing belts exhibit the same properties as standard timing belts. However, in addition, axial movement is prevented and the zero-play guiding leads to high directional stability. Closed loop operation is supported by using optional steel or glas linear scales or rotary encoders. Standard stands in grey iron cast or granite are available additionally. The longitudinal plate saw LPS-T from BEHRINGER is a true specialist in its field. It is particularly suited for sawing small, compact parts and short offcuts of the kind required in toolmaking shops. The LPS-T also makes fast, neat work of test cuts and notching operations in materials with difficult machining properties.
