Our mid range frequency converters are delivering up to 250 kW output at frequencies down to 4 kHz. For high frequencies up to 2 MHz we have our high frequency converter series HU.

Our high frequency converters are providing frequencies of up to 2 MHz at up to 200 kW output. For lower frequencies down to 4 kHz we have our mid range frequency converter series MU.

KLN ultrasonic generators are incorporated in cleaning tanks of various capacity from some liters up to several cubic meters. They have a high operating reliability also under extremely difficult application conditions. Based on decades of experience in developing ultrasonic generators today we have a broad variety of generator series, meeting the most various requirements concerning frequency, way of installation and output power.

The name “CUSTOM” already says it all: HF generators of this series are configured precisely for the relevant production task. Their HF power ranges from 100 to 1,500 kW. The frequency range is 80 to 400 kHz. Induction generators with high power density On this basis, numerous combinations of power and frequency are possible – a key prerequisite for effective induction heating. eldec induction generators also provide high-precision energy dosing, which guarantees the reproducibility of the process. In addition, CUSTOM LINE HF generators are available with a comprehensive bundle of options: Offers include hose bundles of various lengths, a Profibus interface, pyrometer-based temperature control, as well as a cable box with a heating cable for shrink applications.

Energy source and coolant system — the MICO-S is a complete system in a single housing. This enables a flexible integration of induction heating into any production process. The devices are available in a medium frequency and a high frequency version. The specialists at eldec are using the MICO-S generators for the induction heating and hardening of components with a very flexible process. The key factor is the innovative design concept of placing the generator itself and the cooling system in a single housing. As a result, the unit takes up very little space and is quick to set up. The unit weighs a mere 390 kg and is easy to move around. It has openings in the base plate to allow for pick-up with a forklift, as well as crane hooks. PICO-L: powerful induction heating for economical processes The generators of the PICO series make induction heating easier, more efficient, and safer. With PICO-L you can choose from medium-frequency versions (100 and 150 kW) or high-frequency versions (50 and 75 kW). It doesn’t get any more flexible: The MICO-M generator comes with casters so that it can be moved quickly wherever needed. Customers may choose between a medium-frequency (20, 25, or 30 kW) and a high-frequency version (15 kW). The eldec MICO-L generator offers users a particularly powerful complete solution that includes a coolant system. Medium (18 to 80 kW) and high-frequency devices (15 to 35 kW) are available. The device can be used as a stand-alone solution or integrated into an overall system to provide a perfect energy source. MF generator without compromises This powerful and robust technology is available from eldec with power ratings from 5 to 150 kW and frequencies from 10 to 40 kHz. Its strengths are in the many details of the machine, such as short-proof transistor technology, precise energy dosing, and its high efficiency of over 90 percent. Users benefit from a virtually maintenance-free, medium-frequency generator that quietly does its job, takes up little space, and can easily be integrated into the controller thanks to its multiple control options (Profibus/Profinet interface available on request).

With SDF® generators, two different frequencies act simultaneously on the workpiece to be heated, causing the entire component to be induction-hardened with absolutely uniform depth and temperature. Such as gearwheels, for example: While medium frequencies essentially penetrate more deeply into the gearwheel, primarily heating the tooth base, the high frequencies heat the tooth tip. Inductor design and manufacture continues to be one of eldec’s core competences. The inductor forms the foundation of every eldec induction machine. Every inductor is specifically made-to-order for a workpiece. The basis of this is the frequency, material and power density which means that precisely that area of the workpiece is heated that should be heated. eldec heating cables are used for the heating of large components. The form of the inductor and its design are tailored to the geometry of the workpiece area it is to heat. An inductor from eldec is designed using the very latest 3-D CAD solid modelling software, manufactured on CNC machine tools and built by trained personnel with excellent training at eldec in Germany and the USA. This means that every inductor is made to measure, precise and highly accurate.

PICO-M: mobile generator for perfect induction heating Induction generators of the PICO-M series are standardized and consequently cost-effective – without any compromise in quality. The device is available in a medium-frequency version (50 and 75 kW) and a high-frequency version (25 and 35 kW). AFS corona generators are THE standard for foil extrusion and the packaging industry. It is not without reason that the largest machine manufacturers opt for AFS as their standard equipment. The initial investment cost of any system is only part of the total running costs over the life time of a machine. Reliability and high efficiency results in minimum downtime and loss of production. The failure of a corona treater system can result in a total plant shutdown costing far more than the difference in price between a low quality and higher quality treatment system.

With the new EMX model range of electric steam boilers, CERTUSS offers you twice the steam output as before with a significantly smaller footprint. Electric steam generators from CERTUSS are heated by stainless steel heating rods with a large heating surface. The output of the heating elements is regulated continuously via semiconductor contactors. One energy-efficient advantage is the immediate modulating output adjustment to the actual steam demand during the operating cycle. For greater steam demand of up to 640 kg/h or fluctuating steam loads, several ELECTRO steam generators can be cascaded in series. Multiple systems like this are an especially economical solution. Our compact electric steam systems feature built-in feed water tanks and feed water pumps. They require very little space and have a short heat-up time. Steam systems are also available as a unit with water conditioning equipment installed at the factory.

The induction generator module is designed to supply up to 6 induction coils (inductors) with a power of up to 3 kW each. The device operates on the three-phase mains with a voltage of up to 400 V and a frequency of 50/60 Hz. The mains current is rectified and fed to the DC link, from which the inductors are individually supplied. The output power is controlled via the Kendrion controller of the modular industrial heating system. The setting range from 0% to 100% can be selected individually for each channel. By using state-of-the-art semiconductor switches, the output stages achieve high efficiencies, at working frequencies up to 25 kHz.

The CSN® HECT, HEVT and HECT/VT by Schniewindt combines proven sensor technology and opticaldigital data transfer according to the standard IEC 6185092, creating a future orientated solution for applications in high voltage AC substations. The required values to be measured are recorded in analog signal form by conventional sensor elements (R/C high voltage divider for voltage measurement and Rogowski coil for current measurement) on HVline potential and transferred to the RemoteDataModule (RDM) mounted in the head construction of the instrument transformer. The RDM converts the recorded data into a digital serial protocol and transmits them via optical fiber to the Merging Unit (MU), located in the control room.
