KLN ultrasonic generators are incorporated in cleaning tanks of various capacity from some liters up to several cubic meters. They have a high operating reliability also under extremely difficult application conditions. Based on decades of experience in developing ultrasonic generators today we have a broad variety of generator series, meeting the most various requirements concerning frequency, way of installation and output power.

The HiCube Neo redefines performance with an impressive pumping speed of 80 - 800 l/s, ideal for demanding high vacuum applications. The HiPace 300 H even enables ultra-high vacuum up to 10-10 hPa. The availability of various backing pumps, such as diaphragm, rotary vane, scroll and multi-stage Roots pumps, makes it extremely versatile. Whether as a compact desktop solution or as a stand-alone unit, the HiCube Neo adapts to any requirement.

The COMPACT swift dryers are designed with flexibility in mind. They offer an integrated solution, combining the drying and conveying of the raw material in one unit. The dryers are available in two versions and are each equipped with one drying bin of the size 80 or 150 litres and up to 2 hopper loaders with a capacity of 4 litres each. The COMPACT swift A dryer is provided with advanced functions such as dew point control and dry air conveying function with line purging. Thanks to a modern 7-inch colour display with touch screen, all conveying and drying functions can be shown and monitored in a user-friendly way. 16 user languages can easily be selected.
