Our latest series of 3 gas-cooled weld heads technical optimized and in an new design covers the tube size ranges from 6mm – 114.3mm / 0.250” - 4.500”. Unique construction and material selection allows a high duty cycle even without water cooling. The weld heads are one of the narrowest on the market and have a ‘quick latch’ system for retaining the collets. For the high duty cycle applications we also offer the gas-cooled S series weld heads in a water-cooled SW-version (the overall width remains unchanged). For the conveying of gaseous materials. Gas-tight fans If the conveying medium of a fan must not be allowed to penetrate to the outside (e.g. gases that are harmful to health), our fans are equipped with a multi-chamber labyrinth seal on the shaft gland. Depending on requirements, the seals are provided with a sealing gas connection or a grease seal. Under certain circumstances the sealing gas can also be connected to the suction side of the fan. Naturally the flange connections are sealed accordingly and the fan housing is welded gas-tight and tested.
