The electropermanent load lifting magnets from the EMPH series are suitable for the lifting and transportation of individual slabs and unprocessed blocks. These magnets are used to handle loads with a large air gap or with scaled surface. Only a 400V rated current must be provided to use these devices and they are then immediately ready for use. Through short electrical impulses within seconds, the EPMH from ASSFALG are automatically switched on or manually with the push of a button. No electricity flows during load transport and nevertheless, the workpiece is as securely clamped as with a permanent load lifting magnet. Through the impulse current control, the EPMH load lifting magnets do not use much energy. The SB950-SF has an installed sensor. It measures the magnetic force, compares it with the workpiece weight and shows on the display if the workpiece can be transported.
