GLOBALFLEX®-CY-control cables are used in tool-machines conveyor belts, production line in machinery production, in air-conditioning and in steel production for low loss data and signal transmission. They are used for installing in dry, moist and wet rooms, especially under the terms of industrial environment. Outdoor use only with UV-protection allowing for temperature range. GLOBALFLEX®-CY-control cables are suitable for medium mechanical stresses with free movement without tensile stress or forced movements. The high level of screening ensures a high degree of interference protection. the screening density assures disturbance free transmission of all signals and impulses. The product corresponds to the directive 2014/35/EU (low voltage directive).

The RF 400-AL high-frequency cable from bda connectivity is suitable for radio data transmission, WiFi and other applications of 50 Ohm technology and is specified for use up to 6 GHz (5G). The CCA inner conductor is surrounded by an insulation layer of physically foamed Cell-PE, double-laminated aluminium foil and a braid of tinned copper as the outer conductor, covered by a black PVC jacket. This ensures UV resistance and good laying properties.

To be used as halogen free, flame retardant and environmentally power, control and connecting cable in electrical facilities, in fire vulnerable areas and facilities with high concentration of people and proberty values, for fixed laying and flexible applications without tensile stress and without defined cable routing. Suitable for use in dry an humid rooms. Outdoor use only with UV-protection, no laying underground. The copper braided screening prevents electrical and magnetic interference of the control cable with the environment and of the environment with the internal cable cores.c

Cross-section ranging from 25 mm² to 120 mm². Our flat-rolled fabric tapes are characterised by straight rectangular edges with a very high degree of dimensional accuracy and very close tolerances. There is an adjustable degree of compaction, with cross-section remaining unchanged, as well as an easy combination of different cross-sections laid on top of each other (modular system). Contured, braided copper tapes have an improved weldability in automated production processes for manufacturing of earthing straps, connectors or electrotechnical components.

Compact braided round copper flexibles made from Cu-ETP1 and Cu-OF1, LEONI Histral® alloys upon request, in bare, tin-plated, nickel-plated or silver-plated, in hard or soft annealed. Single-wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.05 mm to Ø 0.10 mm. Cross-section ranging from 0.047 mm² to 25 mm² (bigger cross-sections upon request). Round copper braids are characterised by a very high degree of dimensional accuracy and a very high Flex life. They are absolute free from twist and support an automatic further processing. Compact braided round copper flexibles are particularly suitable for carbon brushes industry, connection technology, switches or aviation industry.

Single-wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.05 mm to Ø 0.40 mm. Cross-section ranging from 0.09 mm² to 400 mm². Our flat-rolled fabric tapes are characterised by a very high degree of dimensional accuracy. Suitable for earthing straps, connectors or electrotechnical components.

High-flexible copper-based ropes, enclosed by an additional braid, made from Cu-ETP1, Cu-OF1 and LEONI Histral® alloys (upon request) in bare, tin-plated, nickel-plated and silver-plated, hard or soft annealed. Single-wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.05 mm to Ø 0.10 mm. Cross-section ranging from 0.35 mm² to 120 mm² (bigger cross-sections upon request). Our ropes with overall braids are characterised by their good flexibility and their excellent mechanical strength. The overall braid has a vibration-reducing function and prevents unrevelling of the rope. Ropes with overall braids are mainly suitable for automotive, industrial applications and for connectors.

Shielding braids consist of bobbin wires, located parallel, which have been braided into a tube. Manufactured from Cu-ETP1, Cu-OF1, LEONI-Histral®-alloys (upon request), aluminium and stainless steel, with coating in bare, tin-plated, nickel-plated or silver-plated, hard or soft annealed. Sinlge-wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.10 mm to Ø 0.40 mm. Cross-section ranging from 0.25 mm² bis 400 mm². Tubular shielding braid is smoothly expandable and has a very good shielding effect. The couverage can be determined precisely by changing the braiding angle. Suitable for electrical and mechanical shielding of wires, cables, cable bundles and cable harnesses.

The angle encoders without integral bearing (modular angle encoders) ERP, ERO and ERA consist of two components—a scanning head and a graduation carrier, which must be aligned with each other during mounting. The eccentricity of the shaft as well as installation and adjustment therefore have a decisive effect on the achievable accuracy. Modular angle encoders are available with various graduation carriers.
