The MBS hydraulic cylinders of the MZR-1019 series are lightweight cylinders where weight is of crucial importance. They were designed for the areas of mobile hydraulics, crane and aerial work platform construction. All cylinders work with low friction and are characterized by a stick-slip-free run. Lift and piston rod overhang are variable selectable. The cylinder connection is via plain bearing bushes. Connections are provided on the valve plate or a control block, which are flanged to the cylinder via welded pipes, in accordance with DIN EN 280. With the exception of the piston rod, all surfaces are protected against corrosion with a black primer. On request alternative surface treatments are possible. The surface of the piston rod is hard chromed, ground and polished. The cylinders are suitable for hydraulic fluids of types H, HL and HLP according to DIN 51524/51525. Kendrion offers for its CODESYS-based controllers a library with blocks for motion control functions according to PLCopen for various drive controllers. The Kuhnke Motion Control library provides a wide range of function blocks for parameterization, positioning and diagnostics of the drive. The blocks are simple and intuitive to use and support in all phases of the workflow e.g. during programming, commissioning, diagnostics and maintenance. The motion task in the control system can thus be programmed simply, quickly and thus economically. A drive with only a few lines of code is put into operation via the corresponding visualization templates. The library supports drive controllers from various well-known companies and supplies a wide range of standardized functions. The communication between the drives and the control can take place via various fieldbuses such as EtherCAT®, CAN, Modbus or RS-485. Features

Our installation systems with integrated safety control block are suitable for installation in pressurized lines. The integrated safety control block consists of a volume flow reduction unit and a pressure reducing valve. These two components make this system become a cost-effective, very safe, and technically fast operating solution. The mounting to existing systems and machines can be completed in just a few minutes, because there are only 2 connections and mounting material is also part of the system.

Our C 1000 ES cleans oil in the main flow with the purity of a partial-flow filter. The partial-flow filtration of technical oils is the most effective and cleanest way of filtration. An ordinary main flow filter cannot remove very fine particles from the oil for kinematic and dynamic reasons, because it is exposed to the high pressure of the system. In order to combine the benefit of the main flow filter – mounting in the main flow – with our excellent filter results, we have developed the installation system C 1000 ES. By use of a control block which consists (amongst others) of a pressure reducing valve and a volume flow control, we filter in the main flow with the results, which are even accepted in space travel since many years. The fully ULcertified positioning system from Lenord+Bauer consists of three individual elements that can be flexibly combined as required positioning drives by the name of SeGMo, the decentralised SeGMoBox control unit for flexible fieldbus integration and the associated hybrid cable solution, including connectors, that is suitable for use with drag chains. The SeGMo drives are complete mechatronic systems with a batteryless multiturn absolute rotary encoder, gear and motor as well as integrated power and control electronics. Lenord+Bauer also offers these for standalone use. With nominal torques of up to 15 Nm, they cover the capacity range typical for secondary axes. Integrate the drives directly into your control system with the function blocks. Alternatively, you can automate up to 17 secondary axes using the decentral SeGMoBox. The box handles the power management for the connected drives and concentrates the interaction with the system control.
