The preeflow flowplus16 is a material-resistant, dead space-free miniature pressure sensor in the smallest design - for moving fluids. The "Luer-Lock" (male/female) on both sides makes it suitable for all common dosing systems that work with this type of thread. The sensor generates a standardized, compatible, linearized and temperature-compensated output signal. Existing dosing systems can be easily extended and protected with the pressure sensor. The flowscreen is a robust evaluation device for applications in various fields of application. In combination with the pressure sensor flowplus16, a complete system for fluid process monitoring is created. Thanks to standardized signals and standardized connections, the components can also be integrated as individual components. Radome antennae TC is working with the customer to develop suitable solutions for antenna systems. This ranges from small batches all the way up to largescale production, naturally including the necessary mounting and connecting parts such as cover components with cable bushing, brackets for mobile phone masts, etc. The parts are processed on our highprecision 5axis CNC machinery.

A wide variety of very individual construction options are made possible with Vulkollan® coated components. Connections between Vulkollan® and metal can be easily created after the metal component has been pretreated. During this pretreatment, the surface of the component is cleaned and degreased using a sandblasting process. An optimal bond is then guaranteed by applying an adhesion promoter. The metal component (e.g. steel, aluminum, cast) takes on the function of the stable supporting body. The Vulkollan® coating meets high-performance requirements in terms of wear protection, damping and noise reduction. We would be pleased to advise you on which metal compounds can be used in your processing, in order to achieve top process results. Please note, other trim types are available upon request!

Based on its many years of experience in the development and production of high-quality machine components, GMN has chosen to specialize in the production of efficient, long-life sprag type freewheel clutches. The standardized model series offer a large selection of feature options to furnish effective freewheel clutch solutions for almost any field of application. The functional principle of sprag type freewheel clutches is based on static friction. A certain number of sprags are in constant friction contact with the connecting parts. Sprags are components with variable height. They are uprighted when the connecting parts are rotated and clamped between the connecting parts while there is static friction between sprags and connecting parts. The static friction is guaranteed by a specific geometry (clamping angle) of the sprags to the connecting parts. GMN sprag type freewheel clutches can be used as indexing clutches, backstops or as overrunning clutches.

The Load cell model 8451 has been developed for measuring the forces that occur during press operation. The internal measuring elements have a rugged design, which mean they can cope reliably with the steep force curves that are typical of press applications. They can be fitted or replaced quickly and easily on the press ram without the need for additional components around them. The force sensor is placed between the tool and the press ram and can thus measure the actual compression force directly in the axis of operation. The load cell measures the compression forces between the circular contact surfaces of plunger and tool. The pin on its top side and hole on its lower face are simply provided for mechanical fixing and centering the components correctly. The connecting cables are suitable for drag chains, designed for many movements and stably fastened in the sensor housing.

With the rope suspended working platforms from GEDA, you can work on building façades, but also on silos, towers, cooling towers, industrial plants, pits, etc. without a scaffold. The platform offers enough space for people and materials. You can exactly adjust the working height of the platform to the centimetre, which always grants ergonomic posture. The hot-dip galvanized outriggers on the roof are easily installed and removed because of their plug connections. The components are very lightweight and can be transported by one person. This facilitates moving the platform. Angle track section and brackets make it possible to adapt the platform the the different shapes of the buildings. GEDA rope suspended working platforms are of very high technical standard – the integrated inclination compensating device and the overload safety device allow for safe work!

The high-voltage generator DG 206 is used to supply KERSTEN neXt® discharging components. The high-voltage generator DG 206 is supplied by an input voltage of DC 24V ± 20%. An LED displays the operational readiness as well as any feedback relating to a short-circuit error in one of the connected discharging components. The short-circuit error Feedback and a cable rupture detection also takes place via a 24V DC signal. The high-voltage generator offers 2 touch-safe high-voltage connections.

The charging generator CG 202 optimally supplies every charging component of KERSTEN Electrostatik. It delivers a regulated (digital PID control) output voltage of maximum -25kV. The power supply is independant of the world’s varying supply standards by using an input voltage of 24V DC ±10 %. Four charging components can be connected to special high-voltage plug-in connections. Operating parameters are displayed and storable via graphic display and foil-keypad, or can be taken from an industry-standard current interface. Both can be used to operate the system. In addition, an optional discharging generator can be connected to and controlled via the generator.

Metzner offers low-cost individual stations in the field of e‑mobility for the entry into high-voltage cable processing. For the first time, the EM 101 module offers a solution for removing the cable foil without affecting the cable shield. The automatic processing of high-voltage cable wires also necessitates the connection of various components of the connector system. The Metzner EM 102 takes care of this. The EM 103 allows the cable shield to be opened and cut using a patented process which ensures that there is absolutely no contact with the inner insulation. The EM 103S offers the functionality of the proven EM 103 to meet the requirements of smaller cable wires of up to 8 mm diameter. These cost-effective models cannot be integrated into an automation line and are equipped with only limited traceability functions.
