Laser cutting or laser fine cutting of metal, we can precisely process all metallic, non-toxic materials in material thicknesses from 0.2 to 2.0 mm. With our high-precision 1kW fiber laser (Nd: YAG with a wavelength of 1064nm) in combination with highly dynamic linear drives, we can produce your laser cuts in copper and brass. Due to our extremely small focus of 0.05mm, we usually create a cutting cag/ clearance of 0.07mm, so that the most delicate contours (especially inner contours) can be realized without mechanical stress, as the processing takes place without contact. This enables high-quality and precise prototypes and small series in contract manufacturing using cutting lasers. Accuracies of +/- 0.01mm, which are required in the sealing area for plastic overmolding for complete plugs or housings. Dimensions: sheet thicknesses from 0.2 to 2.0mm, max. sheet metal of max. 1,250mm x 1,250mm.

Samples, prototypes and small series made of sheet metal Laser cutting, embossing and bending or punching including electroplating. Prototypes and small series - everything from a single source! We manufacture your individual sample parts, prototypes and small series mostly without any proportionate tool costs. This means that we are very flexible, efficient and cost-effective even with small quantities - in extreme cases from a quantity of 1. This is made possible by our modular bending kit. Everything from a single source: • raw sheets in stock • Laser fine cutting also from pre-punching tape using camera calibration technology • Embossing, bending, folding, pressing • Punching of functional areas • Progressive punching of medium quantities, depending on economic efficiency • Module assembly • CNC laser welding • Complete or partial electroplating by partner.

season tree he tree represents our common world in its colorful diversity. Rich or poor, at the end of the day, nature unites us. Size in cm: W = 85, H = 110, D = 85 cm without base (50 cm height). SEASONS 1st view From this side a tree in summer dress (one looks at the broad side of the coins). Forged from bronze with about 1200 coins from 84 countries. The tree should be on a pedestal (H ~ 19,68 inch), so that the center of the tree is at about 62,99 inches. 2nd view From the other side a tree in winter dress (you look at the narrow side of the coins).

Where are magnetic field mats used? The coils currently manufactured by us are processed by our customers into so-called electromagnetic field mats. These mats are used in Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy. Many PEMF devices are suitable for private use at home. However, various health service providers including physical therapists as well as non-medical practitioners offer therapies based on magnetic fields. Why is our embroidery technology used for production? This technique creates circular-shaped structures that form the basis for a homogeneous flow/direction of the electric current. At the same time, the mechanical wire laying has an extremely high level of accuracy. The distances can also precisely be determined. How is the magnetic field created? Simply put, this is how electromagnetic fields are created: pulsating magnetic fields are generated by the electric current flowing through the wire. The more wire, the stronger the magnetic field.

System for the impregnation of electomagnetic coils, e.g. of electric motors, transformers, generators Impregnating in electricla engineering means applying an impregnating agent in gaseous or fluid form to a porous body in order to insulate it electrically, i.e. that reliable protection against electrical breakdown is provided even when the thickness of the insulating layer is small. For each application HÜBERS provides appropriate process. HÜBERS offers all relevant process variants including vacuum impregnation, vacuum-pressure impregnation and atmospheric impregnation and of these coupled with the use of the many different impregnating agents such as varnish, resin, oil, wax, gas etc. The processes of evacuating the parts prior to impregnation and if necessary of vacuum-drying the impregnated parts are matched to the properties of the parts and ensure that the agent wets the walls of the pores properly and fills the cavities completely.
