The horizontally installed, compact container pump MINIFLUX is designed for emptying IBCs via their floor-level outlet. Designed as an alternative to a vertical pump, the MINIFLUX can be used when an IBC is not accessible from the top. It is suitable for applications when gravity draining via the outlet tap is insufficient e.g. rapid dispensing or transfer to another container in a higher location. Power can ideally be provided by a commutator or compressed air motor. The BEV-F is a single-stage valve offering only the function of the second ventilation stage (fine ventilation) provided by the two-stage valve (BEV-GF). For ventilation quantities of 20 to 40 m3/h. Specific applications include high points which are under hydrostatic pressure even when the pump is shut down due to the height variation involved, and where no coarse ventilation is required, as well as at high points with low flow quantities. Type F (fine ventilation): Air escapes through this valve, and collected gases cause it to open once again, including under operating pressure, until the medium continues to flow and close the valve again. Installed at high points which are under hydrostatic pressure even when the pump is shut down due to the height variation involved, and where no coarse ventilation is required. The BEV-G is a single-stage valve offering only the function of the first ventilation stage (coarse ventilation) provided by the two-stage valve (BEV-GF). It is not necessary to coordinate the valve to the working pressure in the first ventilation stage, since coarse ventilation is always closed under pressure. Type G (coarse ventilation): The air escapes through this valve until the medium closes it as it continues to flow. The valve remains closed under operating pressure. The TOPAZ float valve stands for a high flow rate (FastFill) and enables filling capacities of up to 200 l/min due to its diaphragm operating principle. It can be mounted above or below the water surface (not the COMPACT variant). It should be emphasised that the valve closes slowly in order to avoid a flashback to the water line and pumps. The quick-fill valve fills with full flow up to the highest level. All JOBE valves are made of high-quality ABS or nylon plastics and are always complete with float. The ROJO and TOPAZ series are also available in a COMPACT version (C), which is used when space for installation is limited, as the weighted narrow float has a very compact design.

Multi-consumer valves distribute the output of the high-pressure pump evenly or as required to several high-pressure blasting tools. KAMAT offers two valves for this purpose: the mobile dual consumer control and the MVS4 multi-consumer control. When the consumer is opened, both controls open the valve and when the consumer is closed, the valve is closed. When all valves are closed, the controls switch off the pressure generation. The dual-user control is used to control one or two high-pressure consumers, such as high-pressure guns. The dual-user control is available with pneumatically or electrically controlled valves. The consumer and the high-pressure plunger pump have a corresponding control option. The dual consumer control and the consumer are connected by an electrical switch.

KAMAT foot valves and foot switches are products of the highest technical quality. They are designed for opening and closing the water supply to high pressure blasting equipment. This valve can be used to open and close the water supply to a high pressure blasting unit. The water is supplied by a high pressure hose connected to the foot valve. When the pedal of the valve is depressed, the valve opens. When the pedal is released, the valve closes and the water is discharged through the bypass without pressure. The foot valve and high pressure pump can also be connected via an electrical switch. If the pump has a suitable control, the pressure generation is switched on or off mechanically when the valve is actuated. The GEMÜ 650TL diaphragm valve is a manual tapping valve with automatic closing function which is pneumatically operated. The "keep-closed" override of manual operation is via a stainless steel handwheel. The valve can only be operated (opened / closed), if a control medium is applied to the actuator. The GEMÜ N082, N182 and N782 pressure reducers ensure that a constant outlet pressure is maintained in process plant utilizing the pressure differential.If the pressure rises on the outlet side, the spring force is lower and the valve closes as the spring is raised. The pressure is reduced until the spring force and the outlet pressure are the same. If the pressure falls, the valve opens as the spring force presses against the diaphragm surface via the control aperture. The outlet pressure can be read off a diaphragm-protected pressure gauge (not available for N782) and the spring force adjusted using a set screw as required. - The working pressure can be very easily adjusted using a set screw and secured with the integrated lock nut. If required, the setting that has been made can be lead sealed - The flow-efficient design of the valve body ensures good flow rate values - Control errors are kept to a minimum due to the large control face and the spiral spring

Cellular wheel sluices Cellular wheel sluices are used as discharge devices under filters, cyclones and silos, as well as for channelling materials into pneumatic conveying systems. In a special tested version, however, these can also be used at the same time for the explosive decoupling of complex plant systems in the sense of the ATEX regulations. Multi-cutter The multi-cutter is ideally suited for the chopping up of paper or plastic waste strips as well as veneer residues in extraction pipes. It works with a set of fast-rotating, but air-permeable blades. The connection diameter is DN 160 and the motor has a rated drive power of 0.75 KW. In order to be able to definitely assess the usability for the application, it is advisable to provide us with representative material samples. The assessment is also often proven by pilot plant trials. The advantage of this is that the degree of chopping can also be determined. ATEX non-return valves (EX) Non-return valves are passive decoupling elements in pipelines for preventing dust explosion effects from running in the opposite direction to the conveying direction. The non-return valves are type-tested protective systems in accordance with directive 94/9/EC, better known under the synonym ATEX 95. Function In normal operation, the top-mounted flap swims on the air stream in the housing of the non-return valve and in this way is held open. At a standstill the valve flap closes under its own weight and rests on the diagonally cut inflow pipe. If an explosion occurs behind the non-return valve, the air flow direction is reversed due to the increased counter-pressure. This causes the flap to close. The valve flap is additionally pressed against the inflow pipe by the pressure of the explosion, thus reliably sealing the pipeline against an explosion backdraught. These non-return valves function without external energy. The RSK and BPF-M series are available in the sizes DN 160, 200, 250, 280, 315, 355, 400, 450, 500, 560, 600, 630, 710, 800, 900 and 1,000. The two series differ in that they have different versions and application possibilities. The new compact controller MDS-PLCconsists of a touch screen with integrated PLC. It can be operated for 4 independent dosing places/channels. It can be connected to every flow sensors, which can provide a 24 VDC pulse volume. Unique fullopen gate type valve mechanism realizes low pressure loss and high flow rate, which reduces required source air volume. The flow rate is increased by up to 40% more than that of conventional Cuplas. During connection and disconnection, the valve is closed, enabling connection/disconnection under zero line pressure. The MIXACO discharge stations are used for dust free emptying of the product into the further processing step (e.g. dosing system into an extruder).
