The PurWipe® N2 is a microfiber nonwoven wipe which consists purely of synthetic fibers and boasts a high fluid absorption combined with reduced particle emission. The pouch can be filled with your fluid of choice. The wipes are individually z-folded in a chemical resistant pouch with lid. A wide range of cleaning and disinfectant agents can be added for which today there is no presaturated wipe available. The pouch is resistant to common cleanroom bactericides, sporicides and detergents.

Manufactured from 100 % recycled and GRS-certified polyester yarn, PurMop BLACK® D3-SR is the epitome of sustainability in cleanroom cleaning. The material is made of post-consumer PET-bottles, with approximately 5 bottles being used for each cleanroom mop. Thanks to the newly developed, 100 % microfiber loops with enhanced length and high-performance inserts, D3-R boasts great fluid absorption, resulting in large area capacity. This mop combines performance and eco-friendliness like no other, bringing real sustainability and ergonomics to manual cleaning. PurMop BLACK® C1 is a unique cleanroom mopping system, offering maximum performance and unparalleled user experience. Its telescopic handle and frame are made from carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP), making it ultra light. Length adjustment can be performed using one hand only, at the push of a button either at the top or middle of the handle. A newly developed frame centring function facilitates safe overhead cleaning by preventing the frame from folding unwantedly. The K18000-3G triplex plunger pump has forced lubrication, making it ideal for continuous operation. Its main application is industrial cleaning. The complexity of hydraulic systems is continually increasing. As a result, the purity of the installed components is becoming more and more significant. This applies not only to pumps and valves, but also to the pressure lines that connect them. The ptcsystem® is easy to handle. It provides effective protection against initial damage and premature component wear. Compressed air at a pressure of 6-8 bar is used to route a cleaning projectile through the lines needing to be cleaned. The cleaning of complex bending geometries is possible. The chrome-plated launcher made of high-strength aluminium is an extremely durable tool, even under the toughest working conditions. Using a balancer, it can be hung up such that it is always ready to hand. With its ergonomically designed handle and rotatable compressed air connection, the ptcsystem® launcher is also suitable for cleaning small product series.

The FERRET pipe cleaning machine is a user-friendly and handy tool for cleaning horizontal and vertical flue gas pipes. This eliminates the need for strenuous cleaning with brushes on a rod or awkward fiddling with rotating shafts. This significantly reduces the cleaning time. The FERRET machine is driven pneumatically. The oscillating brush propels the machine forward automatically and ensures an excellent cleaning result. Air consumption is low. A work area of approx. 0.5 m in front of the boiler is more than sufficient. Use the FERRET machine to clean your flue gas pipes up to a residual temperature of 150 °C. The use of special vacuum cleaner nozzles means that work is carried out virtually dust-free.

KLN Ultraschall AG offers cleaning for small and medium lot sizes without requirement to cleanliness with a max. part size of 300 x 350 mm and a max. weight of 20 kg.

The wet medium is sprayed through nozzles onto the surfaces of the parts. Particles are removed from the parts by kinetic energy, and then washed away. The cleaning result is primarily determined by the position and shape of the nozzles, the spray pressure and the volume of media applied to the parts. In industrial parts cleaning, the surfaces are then normally rinsed and dried.
