High-pressure cleaning and surface preparation with water requires precise management of the water jet. This precise management is necessary to ensure that the required result (e.g. surface finish) is achieved within a reasonable time. The method must be safe and fatigue free. With this in mind, we offer a specially designed and manufactured range of high pressure guns with electrical or mechanical control. The exceptional ergonomics of these tools have been achieved through innovative detail solutions: For example, our high-pressure guns are equipped with a special swivel handle that transmits any torque to the wrist. In addition, the hose connection can be swivelled in all directions, allowing optimum hose routing for all working situations. “Powersonic” is a type of KLN transducer systems with a particularly good cleaning effect and especially solid design. Thus we give full guarantee for up to 12.000 hours in max. 3 years. Submersible transducers are ultrasonic transducer systems in hermetically welded metal housing, inside of which piezoceramic transducer elements are incorporated. They are arranged at the bottom or at the sides of cleaning tanks. The HF current supply is realized via a power supply line which is lead via connection box at the back, a pipe elbow or a flexible metal mesh hose. Various sizes of submersible transducers make possible to use them in operating frequencies differing from 20, 25, 30, 40 up to 132 kHz.

With the properties of the new DT300P digital power source, TIG welding can be significantly simplified: There are numerous options in a compact 30 kg unit. With a multitude of pulse options, the device can be ideally set for different tasks: A controlled heat supply ensures optically clean and even seam structures during low-pulse welding (up to 20Hz) - especially with different material thicknesses.
