PMA cable protection systems are used wherever the mechanical protection of electrical lines and cables is needed. Highly flexible cable protection tubes are specifically suited for the additional protection of cable guides in e-chain® systems. The cable channels feature a cover that can either be removed by lifting it upwards or pivoted open by up to 90° along the length of the channel. Order made easy. In addition to the pivoting cover, installers also value the optional plastic separating strips, which ensure that the individual hoses, signal lines and power cables in the cable channel can be easily separated and well structured. The separating strips also facilitate overhead assembly. When inserted in the cable channel, they prevent the installed cables and channels from falling out. The separating strips can be opened at any time to allow the installation of further cables. They are also available with mounting holes, which is a new feature for aluminium cable channels. These can be very quickly attached to a BLOCAN profile slot by means of a pivoting mounting clip. Here too, the RK Rose+Krieger product philosophy takes hold – connection without drilling! Simply cut the aluminium profiles to length and assemble them.

Fast assembly and perfect organisation Modern machines contain countless power, data and control cables, along with pneumatic hoses. In large systems, the total length of these can quickly add up to several thousand metres. Cable channels make it easier to organise and assemble these cables. The BLOCAN® cable channel system made from anodised aluminium impresses not only with its attractive design, but also through a multitude of well thought out details, which offer the customer considerable added value and greatly facilitate their work. The cable channels in sizes 40, 40x20, 40x80, 80x40 and 80x80 can be supplied as 6 metre bars or cut to length. They are also available with mounting holes, which is a new feature for aluminium cable channels. These can be very quickly attached to a BLOCAN® profile slot by means of a pivoting mounting clip.

We have already designed and built an array of different spray protection systems for indoor and outdoor use at industrial plants on behalf of our customers. These traditionally consist of a loadbearing system made of weatherresistant GRP profiles and transparent, weatherresistant plastic panels. The PFLITSCH CABseal is used to feed pre-assembled and non-assembled cables, as well as pneumatic and hydraulic lines, simply and reliably into control cabinets, primarily, but also into enclosures and machines. To this end, their sizes and dimensions of the frames are compatible with the common standard cut-outs and hole patterns in control cabinets so that just a single CABseal frame is required per cut-out. The CABseal cable entry system consists of four different sized frames and a number of cable grommets that can be equipped in various constellations. The grommets are slotted at the sides to make it easier to insert cables. While the frame is made of hard and robust polyamide, we use a flexible elastomer for the cable grommets and their special sealing lips. To ensure the cables are properly sealed, the grommets are positioned in the frame and compressed when the upper part of the frame is screwed down.

Whenever pre-assembled cables need to be led into a housing, the cable entry system KADL is the perfect solution. KADL is installed with one click - easy and timesaving. The modular structure allows a step-by-step installation of 3 to 25 cables. False floors We supply different false floors for classic applications which utilise a modular unit with an integrated false floor for cables. System false floors from Betonbau are used in local substations, transfer and transformer stations and switchgear houses. These floors are particularly flexible, can be adapted to precisely suit your room and switch cabinet layout and conform to DIN VDE 0101. We can fit your floor with buoyancy protection where necessary to minimise in as far as possible the effects of an internal malfunction on operators.
