PMA cable protection systems are used wherever the mechanical protection of electrical lines and cables is needed. Highly flexible cable protection tubes are specifically suited for the additional protection of cable guides in e-chain® systems. Due to the combination of technical knowhow and the strictest international safety guidelines, PMA fulfils the worldwide requirements of industrial markets in application areas like mechanical engineering, automotive construction, fiber optics, solar systems as well as applications in the robot sector with high speeds and millions of alternate bending cycles.

The chainflex® bus cables are available for all well-known industrial bus systems such as Profibus, Interbus, Profinet, Ethernet, CAN-Bus, DeviceNet, ASi or CC link. Depending on the cable family, they can be used for torsion, for severe climatic conditions, for narrow radii, or particularly long travel distances, at high speeds and accelerations. The cable channels feature a cover that can either be removed by lifting it upwards or pivoted open by up to 90° along the length of the channel. Order made easy. In addition to the pivoting cover, installers also value the optional plastic separating strips, which ensure that the individual hoses, signal lines and power cables in the cable channel can be easily separated and well structured. The separating strips also facilitate overhead assembly. When inserted in the cable channel, they prevent the installed cables and channels from falling out. The separating strips can be opened at any time to allow the installation of further cables. They are also available with mounting holes, which is a new feature for aluminium cable channels. These can be very quickly attached to a BLOCAN profile slot by means of a pivoting mounting clip. Here too, the RK Rose+Krieger product philosophy takes hold – connection without drilling! Simply cut the aluminium profiles to length and assemble them.

Fast assembly and perfect organisation Modern machines contain countless power, data and control cables, along with pneumatic hoses. In large systems, the total length of these can quickly add up to several thousand metres. Cable channels make it easier to organise and assemble these cables. The BLOCAN® cable channel system made from anodised aluminium impresses not only with its attractive design, but also through a multitude of well thought out details, which offer the customer considerable added value and greatly facilitate their work. The cable channels in sizes 40, 40x20, 40x80, 80x40 and 80x80 can be supplied as 6 metre bars or cut to length. They are also available with mounting holes, which is a new feature for aluminium cable channels. These can be very quickly attached to a BLOCAN® profile slot by means of a pivoting mounting clip.

The PFLITSCH CABseal is used to feed pre-assembled and non-assembled cables, as well as pneumatic and hydraulic lines, simply and reliably into control cabinets, primarily, but also into enclosures and machines. To this end, their sizes and dimensions of the frames are compatible with the common standard cut-outs and hole patterns in control cabinets so that just a single CABseal frame is required per cut-out. The CABseal cable entry system consists of four different sized frames and a number of cable grommets that can be equipped in various constellations. The grommets are slotted at the sides to make it easier to insert cables. While the frame is made of hard and robust polyamide, we use a flexible elastomer for the cable grommets and their special sealing lips. To ensure the cables are properly sealed, the grommets are positioned in the frame and compressed when the upper part of the frame is screwed down.

For preassembled cables and simple maintenance PFLITSCH brought the first completely splittable plastic single cable gland to the market in the form of the UNI Split Gland. This product allows preassembled cable to be fed through a hole or the replacement of old or defective cable glands, without having to interfere with the existing cable installation or switch off the affected machine. Splittable plastic and metal versions seal preassembled cables The splittable flange variants UNI Flange in plastic and UNI Flange HD (Heavy Duty) in metal have been well-designed by PFLITSCH as product solutions for use in harsh industrial environments to provide reliable cable entries for preassembled cables. A two-part frame manufactured from high-quality grey or black PA plastic or die-cast zinc can be inserted into standard 112 mm x 36 mm sheet metal cut-outs for 24-pin rectangular heavy-duty plug-in connectors and provides the cable entries with a reliable seal. Safely carries single cables Where single cables are to be routed in a group and supported firmly without the use of trunking, the Single Wire System SWS from PFLITSCH offers a better alternative to cable ties, clamps, hoses or hook and eye fastener tape.
