Laser welding is a very gentle welding technique, as the heat input takes place in a locally very limited area. In this way, it is possible to reliably connect critical components with one another in a materially bonded manner, without the parts annealing. With laser welding, the two welding partners are joined together with as few gaps as possible in order to then weld them together (e.g. press-fit zones such as EloPin® puzzled at any feed or distance). The background to this is that no additional material is generally used in laser welding. Exception for build-up welding or repair welding of e.g. broken tool parts such as punches or cutting plates or injection molding tools for abrasive plastics with glass fiber filling. We can produce the parts you require using specific tools or on special-purpose machines. We produce complex forms and assembly parts with strip thicknesses of 0.10 to 3.00 and with strip widths of up to 100 mm – depending on the material used. The manufacturing processes that we offer include: Punching, forming, embedding, welding, bolting, riveting and mounting. We perform the assembly of small batches by hand, while larger volumes are performed automated if you so wish. Our hybrid sub-assembly production includes the over-moulding of punched parts made of wire or metal with a variety of plastics or silicones. In order to ensure that the desired braking element features optimum properties, we make use of both the temperature durability and the haptic advantages of silicone and the weight advantage of plastic when combining these materials in this fashion. Guide tube assemblies, a combination of springs and tubes, are part of the hybrid component portfolio.

We assemble cables according to customer specifications for all kind of applications. In addition to common cable types, we also offer the production of customer-specific special cables, including the manufacture of customer-specific connectors. Franke bearing asseblies type LVG are bearing assemblies made of aluminum, designed as double row angular contact roller bearings with integrated bearing elements. LVG bearing assemblies are suitable for the highest load ratings. They convince by high rigidity, low rotational resistance and low weight. Designed as roller bearings, they can support high loads from all directions and are insensitive to shocks and vibrations. Franke LVG are sealed on both sides and are set with preload. By using aluminum, Franke beaing assemblies type LVG are 60% lighter than comparable steel bearings.

Franke bearing asseblies type LVD are ready to install bearing assemblies with external gear, steel housing rings and integrated bearing elements. Franke bearing assemblies type LVD are suitable for medium rotational speeds and accuracies. They can be supplied at short notice, in some cases even from stock. Designed as 4-point bearings, they can support equally high loads from all directions and are insensitive to shocks and vibrations. The bearing elements are sealed on both sides and adjusted to preload.

Franke bearing asseblies type LVC are bearing assemblies made of steel, designed as double row angular contact ball bearings with integrated bearing elements. Franke LVC are suitable for highest circumferential speeds. They convince by very high dynamics and a very low rotational resistance. The double row angular contact ball bearings in a 4-point arrangement are preloaded. They are insensitive to shocks and vibrations. The low rotational resistance and the minimal breakaway torque reduce the required drive power. Due to the low coefficients of friction, Type LVC bearing assemblies operate almost maintenance-free and achieve a long service life.

Franke bearing asseblies type LVB are redy-to-install bearing assemblies with housing rings made of aluminium and integrated bearing elements. Franke LVB are suitable for medium rotational speeds and accuracies and convince by their light weight. LVB bearing assemblies are available at short notice, some of them even from stock. Designed as 4-point bearings, they can support equally high loads from all directions and are insensitive to shocks and vibrations. LVB sbearing assemblies are sealed on both sides and are set with preload.
