The Gronemeyer aligner station is a solution if you have to feed glasses, bottles or tins aligned into a filling or labelling machine. By using high-performance product identification up to 350 products/min. can be identified and aligned in a continuous flow of materials. New products can easily be saved with the electrical control system's user-friendly operator interface. SPIROL’s GD100 Ground Hollow Dowels are designed to be direct replacements for Ground Solid Dowels manufactured per ISO 8734 when used in alignment applications. This innovative product is manufactured from strip steel, and then OD ground to achieve extremely tight diameter tolerances that enable critical alignment up to 20µm. The main advantage of the GD100 Ground Hollow Dowel is its ability to achieve the same alignment as the Ground Solid Dowel with a significant reduction in cost due to its hollow construction. In most scenarios, the Ground Hollow Dowel is approximately 50% lighter and at least 30% less expensive than the solid equivalent. If installation equipment is required, SPIROL also offers a standard comprehensive line of Installation Equipment from manual to fully automatic modules, with or without out fixturing, to support your assembly requirements.

SPIROL’s Dowel Bushings and Spring Dowels are designed to maintain alignment and are used to locate components with respect to each other. These roll-formed, hollow Alignment Dowels have lead-in chamfers that facilitate insertion into the holes of both mating components. The Dowel's flexibility enables absorption of wide hole tolerances and the staggered seam prevents interlocking. Dowel Bushings are designed with an inside diameter clearance that allows the passage of a bolt for fastening, thereby eliminating the need to drill an additional hole. They are also heat treated to isolate the bolt from shear loads.

Trifix® is the new adjusting system for Gildemeister multi tasking machines. The double sided adjusting system is guided by a very precise key way at the surface of the turret. 

 The plates are preloaded, and the resiliency in the adjusting system eliminates static redundancy. Compact Rail is a linear system consisting of steel linear rails with induction hardened raceways and high precision radial ball bearing sliders, also made of hardened steel. Thanks to their self-aligning capabilities, Compact Rail linear guides simplify the project, improve the performance and reduce the overall cost of application. Compact Rail linear guides are easy to install on all types of surfaces, including non-machined ones. Compact Rail linear guides feature a robust steel slider with ball bearings, self-centering heads with wipers, longitudinal seals to protect the internal components and a top sealing strip. The slider body is accurately finished with matte longitudinal edge chamfer and a shining ground flat surface. The slider heads are equipped with special slow release felt pads and are free to rotate with respect to the slider body, so that the felts are always in contact with the raceways to ensure optimal lubrication.

In the serial arrangement, a vertically aligned linear drive shaft (double-acting linear cylinder) is mounted on the vertically aligned rotary drive shaft (swivel motor), i.e. the piston rod of the cylinder and the output shaft of the swivel motor are mechanically coupled via a movable shaft-hub connection. The pallet holder is lifted by the piston rod, which also serves as a bearing for the pallet holder and safely absorbs all the forces generated during asymmetrical loading. Our self-aligning ball bearings are characterised by their high load capacity and long service life. The KIS range includes both open and sealed self-aligning ball bearings, depending on the requirement. They are particularly suitable for applications with high demands on load performance and wear protection and are used, for example, in industrial machinery, wind turbines and conveyor technology. With low maintenance requirements, they offer long-lasting wear protection. Two rows of balls, two deep raceways in the inner ring and a hollow ball raceway in the outer ring combined for both rows characterise the design of self-aligning ball bearings. Due to the spherical raceway in the outer ring, self-aligning ball bearings are insensitive to misalignments of the shaft to the housing, compensating for static and dynamic angular errors within certain angular limits in a rotating shaft system. The measuring wire ist fastened to the headstock or a special holding device, fed at the end of the base over a pulley and stretched tight with a weight (layout according to DIN 8606). The alignment tester must be placed on the carriage of the machine or a corresponding device, which can be moved in a longitudinal direction in predefined steps on the machine base. The measuring wire must be aligned in such a way that the same values are measured in the starting and end position of the carriage, i.e. that it is tensioned to form an imaginary connecting line parallel to these positions. When the wire is aligned to the bearing, the value display is set to zero. The straightness deviation can now be read directly on the display for each position when both parts of the image are fitted together by moving the microscope horizontally with the integrated micrometer spindle.
