Trifix® is the new adjusting system for Gildemeister multi tasking machines. The double sided adjusting system is guided by a very precise key way at the surface of the turret. 

 The plates are preloaded, and the resiliency in the adjusting system eliminates static redundancy. This allow the exact position of the tool to be secured and significantly reduces the setup time of the machine. Because this is a highly sophisticated precision instrument it is not possible to use double serrated tool shafts. The tool is supplied fully adjusted and can be used right away. Compared to conventional systems, the dynamic pusher system "Adjustable Tray" offers you the possibility of placing a wide variety of beverage bottles directly next to each other on a shelf. The width of the shelf dividers can be adjusted to 6 different widths. The "Adjustable Tray" bottle pusher system is thus used for small and large bottles, which are optimally conveyed to the first row of your shelf. Your customers look at an orderly shelf and take in your entire assortment without being disturbed. At the same time you save the time-consuming maintenance of the shelf order. The beverage bottles are removed in individual units and the quantity is determined individually by the customer. We offer the bottle pusher system for three different shelf depths. 406 mm, 457 mm or 508 mm. The matching fastening rail (22.0424.1) can be used for all shelf depths and enables simple and quick assembly of the "Adjustable Tray" bottle pusher system.

The adjustable sliding gate orifice type 8090 is suitable for precise and continuous adjustment of a defined flow. It can be adjusted and secured manually in the installed state during operation. Among other things, the orifice facilitates the hydraulic adjustment of cooling systems, e.g. when commissioning large engines in CHPs and on ships.

Customized Solution The mobile testing device may be mounted directly on the wheel nuts on any wheel on the car. The height and tilt adjustment allows optimal orientation at the wheel. Impressive development of the SHS series is assured with the design of the SHS3 switch. Having to replace the safety hinge switch whenever the equipment is bumped or damaged due to mechanical stress is unnecessary thanks to the solution offered by the SHS series. The hinge setting can be corrected even after the switching point is set. This process can be done with the assistance of the integrated adjustment system. The hinge switch is also reusable even when the system itself needs to be converted. Thanks to change kits, the operator can redefine the switching point without compromising the IP 67 protection rating.
