In the field of plastics we offer metal strips with PVC plastisol and/or organosol coatings, as well as polyamide plastics. With the help of the 3D-MID process, plastic parts can be metallized not only over the entire surface, but also selectively. Fiber laser marking systems are part of the solid-state laser group. The laser beam is created in a diode-activated optical fiber. ULTRABLEND medical is a gravimetric batch dosing and mixing station for plastic granules, additives, and regrind. It has been specially designed for pharmaceutical and medical technology applications. The high dosing accuracy and consistency of the ULTRABLEND improves end product quality and saves money by using less additives and reducing scrap. The ULTRABLEND is suitable for direct mounting on small injection moulding machines and extruders. All components are accurately dosed and weighed one after another into a weigh hopper. They are then passed to the mixing chamber where they are homogeneously mixed.

The modifier was developed to increase the flow behavior of highly viscous polycarbonates from post-industrial areas and is primarily used in the production of easy-flowing polycarbonate compounds on twin-screw extruders.

The package improves the homogeneity of the filler distribution, reduces degradation by friction peaks and leads to an improved surface quality and increases the thermo-oxidative stability of produced compound. We recommend to add amounts of 0.5 %.

By the addition to the most different formulations long flow paths can be realized and injected parts can be ejected faster. The use in filled or reinforced compounds improves, for example, the homogeneity of the fibre glass distribution, reduces the polyamide degradation and leads to an improved surface quality. In addition, damages by friction peaks can be avoided in sensitive formulations. We recommend to add amounts of 0.3 – 0.7 %.

The formulation was specially developed for use in polyolefins (PE/PP). It is applicable for virgin grades as well as for recycled and regrinded materials. CEVO® process B-3680 can be used in unfilled, mineral-filled and glass fiber reinforced polyolefin formulations. Its application leads to a lowering of the melt viscosity and to an improved distribution of fillers, reinforcing materials and additives (stabilisers, pigments, ...). The components produced show very high surface qualities combined with a high gloss.

By the addition to the most different formulations injected parts can be faster ejected. The use in mineral filled, glass fibre reinforced and/or pigmented compounds improves the homogeneity of the filler and/or pigment distribution, reduces damages by friction peaks and leads to an improved surface quality. We recommend to add amounts of 0.3 – 0.5 %.

The formula was engineered especially for the application in TPU. Can also be used advantageously in other engineering plastics. Improved blooming-out behaviour.

By the addition to the formulations the degradation of polymer during extrusion process will be reduced and the flow characteristic will be enhanced. The package improves the homogeneity of filler distribution and leads to an increased surface quality. Excellent for use in recycling PA. We recommend to add amounts of 0.5 – 0.8 %.
