The UniPower light is the small, powerful and universal Lithium battery pack by SBS. Through our modular design you can configure voltage and capacity to fit your application.

Based on our Unipower Series we evolved this series to the next step with a slider system and a customized self-finding plug concept. More over a cluster management system is integrated, that several batteries can be controlled in one system.

trak | uplift quadro traction battery is specially tailored to the requirements and challenges of high- tonnage electric forklift trucks, high-current applications as well as applications with dynamic load profiles. The cells of this advanced battery for heavy-duty applications meets the requirements of the DIN EN 60254-2 standard with regard to capacity, weight and dimensions and can therefore be installed in the same battery trays as conventional PzS cells. trak | uplift quadro is more energy-efficient and requires 7 % less energy for each charging process than a conventional PzS battery – and therefore ensures a reduction in power consumption. Furthermore, the trak | uplift quadro can be charged much faster, requiring at least 12 % less time for a full charge. The result: batteries are available more quickly.

LIPP® Gas Accumulators were developed as a system for the nonpressurised storage of dry gas which has been used for over 300 projects worldwide over the past years or more. Sizes from 30 to 5000 m³ are available according to the gas yield in each case. The gas accumulator consists of two parts a bubbleshaped storage balloon and a steel container to protect the balloon against mechanical damage and the effects of weathering. Speciality Accurate level measure of stored gas. In biological processes, gas production is not continuous. That is why the utilisation of gas (e.g. in a combined heat and power plant) requires an accumulator in order to compensate for fluctuations during gas production and to bridge downtimes for plant repairs and maintenance. Besides high functional and operating safety, other important criteria for the construction and operation of gas tanks include the economic aspects of investment and maintenance costs.

This stacking solution grid | XtremeStack uses the existing space intelligently to integrate the maximum number of grid | Xtreme VR top terminal batteries to save space in a complete system and optimize footprint. The grid | Xtreme VR pure lead batteries assembled in a grid | XtremeStack rack require up to 10% less floor space than a lithium-ion solution. High space-saving solution: In comparison to conventional racks there is place for 20% more batteries in the same area. grid | XtremeStack is both horizontally and vertically expandable and adapts flexibly to customers’ needs.

The B2 Battery drum pump is suitable for low-viscosity, aqueous to slightly viscous media, such as plasticisers, cold cleaners and lubricants. The set is suitable for dispensing small containers such as canisters or hobbocks. The pump is flexible at all times and thus conserves important resources. grid | Xtreme VR is a UPS and telecommunication battery with long service life expectancy of up to 15 years. Suitable for harsh environmental conditions and high operating temperatures. It offers high flexibility due to modular expandability. Characterised by a lower C02 Footprint compared to a conventional AGM battery, fast charging capability, high energy efficiency, minimized investment costs and TCO. In combination with grid | Xtreme Stack, it requires up to 10% less floor space than a lithium-ion solution. Lead-acid is a proven and reliable sustainable technology. 99% of the lead used in our batteries is utilised in an environmentally compatible economic cycle.

The sun | power VR M battery is particularly suitable for village power supply, security lighting, UPS systems and home storage. By using HOPPECKE ESS technology, the sun | power VR M battery offers excellent cycle stability and increased service life. Furthermore, the HOPPECKE system connector ensures increased short-circuit safety. Sun | power VR M is maintenance-free regarding water refilling.

The sun | power VR L valve regulated lead acid batteries are specially designed for high energy throughputs and are ideally suited for cyclic applications. They are characterized by excellent cycling properties during operation with partial discharge (Partial State of Charge - PSoC). In conjunction with the extensive capacity range, they are the battery of choice for village power supply. Other typical applications include emergency power supply, security lighting and grid services. The proven format according to DIN 40742 and the possibility of horizontal operation make the sun | power VR L battery versatile and furthermore provide the necessary flexibility for optimal space utilization.

Using armored plate technology, the sun | power V L battery is perfectly suited for cyclic applications. It's typical applications are village power supply, hybrid systems, mobile phone stations, security lighting, peak shaving and emergency power supply. By using the HOPPECKE sun | air electrolyte circulation system, the battery can be charged faster and more gently.

The grid | power V X battery is characterized by its special design as completely cast positive plates with lamellar structure. The use of high-purity grid lead with a high electrode thickness as well as a low acid density results in an expected design life of up to 25 years. It is particularly suitable for high-current discharges of short duration and thus predestined for use in power plants and switchgear. The product design according to DIN 40738 ensures the highest compatibility when replacing and expanding existing plants and battery systems. In combination with the HOPPECKE grid | AquaGen recombination system, maintenance costs can be reduced, and even maintenance-free operation can be achieved.

trak | powerpack lion is a highly efficient, modular lithium-ion traction battery system consisting of a lithium-ion battery, an HF charger and an integrated battery management system. This lithium-ion battery system is a universal retrofit solution. The traction battery system can be installed in industrial trucks originally designed for lead-acid batteries. Thanks to the HOPPECKE trough system, no vehicle-specific adaptations are required. In addition, several models with different capacities are available. trak | powerpack lion is particularly suitable for 24/7 operation. The grid | power V H bloc batteries are suitable for both high-current applications and partial-cycle use. They find applications in power plants and energy supply systems, UPS, switchgear and safety lighting systems as well as for starting diesel and emergency generators and in railroad infrastructure applications. For maximum fail-safety, the negative plates are pocketed. The grid | power V H bloc batteries offer a long service life, increased operational reliability and outstanding performance. The product design according to DIN 40738 ensures maximum compatibility when replacing and expanding existing equipment and battery systems.

The grid | power VR and VRX-FT batteries are particularly suitable for use in UPS, telecommunications and power supply systems. This monobloc battery is characterized by its freedom from maintenance in terms of refilling water, its operational reliability, simple assembly and user-friendly installation.

The trak | uplift impulse battery system offers decisive advantages over conventional lead-acid drive batteries. The high-current capability of the virtually emission-free AGM monobloc batteries ensures long runtimes in dynamic applications and short-term high loads. The integrated onboard charger provides even greater flexibility and availability. This is because the system can be temporarily charged at any standard socket. In conjunction with a HOPPECKE charger, up to 16% energy costs can be saved. Thanks to AMG technology, the system is completely maintenance-free, so there is no need to refill water over the entire service life. trak | uplift impulse is the perfect companion for truck-mounted forklifts and electric pallet trucks.

The trak | uplift air battery is a lead acid battery for use in industrial trucks. The battery is equipped with the high-quality trak | air electrolyte circulation system, which shortens charging time while increasing battery availability. In addition, the energy requirement is reduced, and the water requirement is reduced by up to 65%. Reduced overcharging with trak | uplift air also increases cycle life. Especially in combination with our HOPPECKE HF chargers, the battery is charged gently and efficiently. Due to the possibilities of fast and intermediate charging, even demanding 24/5 shift operations are possible with trak | air.

The closed lead-acid battery, grid | power V L consists of positive tubular plates and negative grid plates and offers an extremely long cycle life due to its construction. It is one of the longest-lasting lead-acid batteries and is also characterized by its robustness. The grid | power V L are ideally suited for use in areas with high cyclic and capacitive loads, such as power supply systems, telecommunications equipment or long bridging times (between 1 h and > 10 h) for emergency lighting.

Beside the protection against external effects as UV or other external effects which could damage the foil, the unique construction enables a reliable and measureable leak test as well as an accurate filling level measurement at all times. Compared to low pressure systems and double membrane gas accumulators the Lipp system has very low operation and maintenance costs.

The grid | power VR L is a sealed lead-acid battery of the OPzV series. It is maintenance-free regarding water refilling. The HOPPECKE tubular plate design and the optimized lead-calcium alloy ensure very good cycle stability and high expected service life. In addition, space can be optimally utilized due to the possibility of horizontal arrangement. The grid | power VR L is particularly suitable for the protection of telecommunications and traffic systems.

The trak | uplift save battery is a lead-acid traction battery optimized for use in dusty and harsh environments. It has a robust battery trough with cover, which protects the battery from contamination and violent damage. The water refill system trak | aquafill and the electrolyte level indicator trak | aquacheck, which are fitted as standard, can significantly reduce water refill intervals and costs. In combination with a HOPPECKE trak | charger HF premium charger, virtually maintenance-free operation can be achieved. trak | uplift save is particularly suitable for rental stores and tough operating conditions.

The trak | uplift iQ battery is equipped with the trak | collect battery controller, which measures the battery status in real time to increase productivity and operational safety. The current status of the battery is always indicated by an LED display near the battery socket. trak | uplift iQ is Fleet Ready: The battery system communicates with the environment (e.g. charger, PC and vehicle) and transmits battery data for battery and fleet management. In addition, the Smart Charging function ensures high energy efficiency, minimized water and energy consumption. The trak | uplift ex is the HOPPECKE special battery solution for the use of industrial trucks in potentially explosive atmospheres. Certified and manufactured according to EU Directive 2014/34/EU(ATEX), it guarantees maximum safety in dust and gas atmospheres. The unique trough and the "Ex-cells" guarantee the highest possible working safety and user-friendliness. With the trak | uplift ex traction battery, the DC plug-in device as well as the battery trough are individually adapted based on customer-specific vehicle dimensions.
