The UniPower light is the small, powerful and universal Lithium battery pack by SBS. Through our modular design you can configure voltage and capacity to fit your application.

Based on our Unipower Series we evolved this series to the next step with a slider system and a customized self-finding plug concept. More over a cluster management system is integrated, that several batteries can be controlled in one system.

Accumulation chains guarantee trouble-free positioning of the transported goods and almost completely prevent jolts when the belt starts and stops. The idler rollers on each side serve two purposes: first, they engage with the sprocket teeth to transmit power, and second, they support the chain in the guide rail. We offer a wide range of accumulation chains in different performance classes. In addition to classic accumulation chains, we also supply offset low-friction roller accumulation chains, maintenance-free accumulation chains, side spring accumulation chain versions, finger and piece-protected accumulation chains and our cost-effective series

ESSLA80 Series Liquid Accumulators are system protectors, designed to be placed the compressors low pressure line. The main purpose of the ESSLA80 is to prevent refrigerant to reach to the compressor in liquid state. By the internal design, ESSLA80 Liquid Accumulators, can prevent fluctuations / irregularities, during the “off-cycle” and Liquid Hammering. Also it promotes the oil return to the compressor. At the first assembly stage, it is advised to add sufficient amount of oil in the liquid accumulator. The advantage of Accumulator having Liquid Receiver is to have heat exchange between Liquid Receiver (outside) and Liquid Accumulator (inside). The heat from the Liquid Receiver part, enhance the evaporation in Liquid Accumulator, also providing condensing in Liquid Receiver. This complex units has the advantage of mounting space savings with heat exhange benefits. Accumulator having Liquid Receiver has serving as both separately Liquid Receiver and Liquid Accumlator with the benefits. trak | uplift quadro traction battery is specially tailored to the requirements and challenges of high- tonnage electric forklift trucks, high-current applications as well as applications with dynamic load profiles. The cells of this advanced battery for heavy-duty applications meets the requirements of the DIN EN 60254-2 standard with regard to capacity, weight and dimensions and can therefore be installed in the same battery trays as conventional PzS cells. trak | uplift quadro is more energy-efficient and requires 7 % less energy for each charging process than a conventional PzS battery – and therefore ensures a reduction in power consumption. Furthermore, the trak | uplift quadro can be charged much faster, requiring at least 12 % less time for a full charge. The result: batteries are available more quickly.

LIPP® Gas Accumulators were developed as a system for the nonpressurised storage of dry gas which has been used for over 300 projects worldwide over the past years or more. Sizes from 30 to 5000 m³ are available according to the gas yield in each case. The gas accumulator consists of two parts a bubbleshaped storage balloon and a steel container to protect the balloon against mechanical damage and the effects of weathering. Speciality Accurate level measure of stored gas. In biological processes, gas production is not continuous. That is why the utilisation of gas (e.g. in a combined heat and power plant) requires an accumulator in order to compensate for fluctuations during gas production and to bridge downtimes for plant repairs and maintenance. Besides high functional and operating safety, other important criteria for the construction and operation of gas tanks include the economic aspects of investment and maintenance costs.

The B2 Battery drum pump is suitable for low-viscosity, aqueous to slightly viscous media, such as plasticisers, cold cleaners and lubricants. The set is suitable for dispensing small containers such as canisters or hobbocks. The pump is flexible at all times and thus conserves important resources. It offers high flexibility due to modular expandability. In combination with grid | Xtreme Stack, it requires up to 10% less floor space than a lithium-ion solution. Lead-acid is a proven and reliable sustainable technology. 99% of the lead used in our batteries is utilised in an environmentally compatible economic cycle.

The sun | power VR M battery is particularly suitable for village power supply, security lighting, UPS systems and home storage. trak | powerpack lion is a highly efficient, modular lithium-ion traction battery system consisting of a lithium-ion battery, an HF charger and an integrated battery management system. The trak | uplift air battery is a lead acid battery for use in industrial trucks. The battery is equipped with the high-quality trak | air electrolyte circulation system, which shortens charging time while increasing battery availability. In addition, the energy requirement is reduced, and the water requirement is reduced by up to 65%. Reduced overcharging with trak | uplift air also increases cycle life. Especially in combination with our HOPPECKE HF chargers, the battery is charged gently and efficiently. The closed lead-acid battery, grid | power V L consists of positive tubular plates and negative grid plates and offers an extremely long cycle life due to its construction. It is one of the longest-lasting lead-acid batteries and is also characterized by its robustness.
