The ProFeeder Compact from EasyRobotics is a robust robotic cell with compact dimensions that can be easily moved in your production. The ProFeeder Compact is placed separately in front of the machine to be operated. Then an ER Work or an ER Pedestal is positioned in front of the machine. The robot is located on the ER Work / ER Pedestal. The robot now takes workpieces from the ProFeeder Compact and loads and unloads the machine. It then loads the workpieces back into the ProFeeder Compact. This results in advantages for you, such as more space in your production, quick adaptability for different workpieces and a mobile robot cell. Thanks to the simple design of the drawers of the ProFeeder Compact, workpieces of various sizes and lengths can be processed without major changeover work.

The Gecko Gripper (SP) enables the use of the innovative Gecko adhesive gripper technology in applications with a small surface area. Such areas which could not be automated so far. The gecko-inspired adhesive technology offers precise, track-free gripping. Even with porous workpieces this technology works. For example printed circuit boards or glossy surfaces. Cleaning is not necessary. The three different Gecko Single Pad Grippers (SP1, SP3 and SP5) are named after their payload in kilograms. Of course, the Gecko grippers can be used with leading lightweight robots and cobots. The compact single-pad design allows easy access to the workpiece, even in tight spaces. Since no electronics or air supply is required, the Gecko SP is a cost-effective plug-and-play solution. The Gecko gripper leaves no marks on glass. This eliminates the need for manual cleaning. This means a higher RoI and lower operating costs.

The operation of the Oriflow Compact Orifice is based on the measurement of differential pressure, which is created across that section of a pipe where its cross section is reduced. This is then taken as a measure for the flow. The new compact controller MDS-PLCconsists of a touch screen with integrated PLC. It can be operated for 4 independent dosing places/channels. It can be connected to every flow sensors, which can provide a 24 VDC pulse volume. For each dosing place/channel a correction of the overflow will be independently realized and with an adjustable maximum dosing time the valve will be closed. For each place/channel, there is a tolerance output available that reports if a dosage was performed within the prescribed limits. The dosage may be started and stopped by external inputs as well as with the touch screen. All inputs and outputs can be connected to the back side of the touch screen with screw terminals. The new 8C compact manifold is especially impressive for its small size. In the single-sided version it can have 2 - 5 outlets, in the double-sided version 2, 6, 8, or 10 outlets. The outlets can be designed to customer specification either with integrated connections for flexible tubes series 1+ in sizes DN04/06 or DN06/08, or with threads G1/8" or G1/4". The side endpieces (input/output) of the manifold can be sealed or fitted with G3/8" or G1/2" threads.

The tube filter is a compact, economical and versatile filter available either as a particle filter or as a coalescence filter. It is easy to use and filter changes can be made quickly. It is fitted with an female thread and is also available with a shut-off or drain feature. In the COMPACT version, the tube filter is already equipped with integrated flexible tube connectors.

Our inline filter is intended for pipeline installation. It is small, compact and low cost. It is easy to replace under practical conditions and can be subsequently retrofitted with no problems. They are also suitable for a variety of applications in different sizes and materials.

The coalescence cartridge filter are compact, economical and versatile available either as a particle or as a coalescence filter. They are easy to use and filter changes can be made quickly. The cartridge filters are fitted with an internal thread and are also available with a shut-off or drain feature.

The new FlexPunch series features a very flexible and modular system. Each machine can be adapted to the customer’s individual requirements via individual components. The FlexPunch compact is the smaller version of the two and is particularly suited for production sites with limited space. The FlexPunch series is equipped with three CNC controlled axes, allowing for production parts to made with virtually perfect accuracy. No additional employees are needed to adjust the machine, which saves a significant amount of time. The operator is only responsible for starting the machine, feeding in the material and then removing the production parts. Feeding the material and removing the production parts can be further automated. This makes the punching machines extremely costeffective.

All kinds of bending types can be set up with EHRT bending machines. Offset bending, flat bending, bending on edge, torsion bending, closed shapes and U-bends are some examples. The machines offers an outstanding bending accuracy of 0.2°. With the EB40 Professional E, side lengths up to 2000mm can be bent with ease. The tool change on the machine is carried out through a user-friendly plug-in system. This guarantees very fast setup times, yet robust and precise bending tools. The “E” in the name stands for the electric drive of the machine, which enables energy savings of up to 70 %. Due to the absence of a hydraulic unit, which is no longer needed, the machine is significantly more quiet and requires little maintenance. The CNC-controlled side stop is equipped as standard. The machine’s larger tables allow the operator greater degrees of freedom in the bending process, especially with more complex workpieces.
