FXE-T2500/50 and 4000/80 electro-permanent lifting magnet trusses in compact design with onBoard control technology are designed for frequent handling of larger formats. Like FXE lifting magnets, they can be operated directly from mains voltage and are therefore very quickly installed and ready for use. They can be controlled directly on the unit or optionally via remote control. The FXE-T6400/80 electro-permanent lifting magnet truss is a fully equipped standard unit with all options. The truss with 6400 kg max. lifting capacity is equipped with sliding magnetic modules and can thus safely move sheet metal formats from min. 1200mm length to max. 6000mm length.

Battery-powered load lifting magnets are location-independent and flexible like permanent load lifting magnets and at the same time have the advantage of remote controllability and operability at the push of a button. They are mainly used where larger loads are continuously handled, as they can be switched without physical effort. Another common application is where access to the touchdown point is difficult. All our battery-powered lifting magnets are equipped with an IR remote control and a high-quality, deep discharge-proof gel battery. FBM load lifting magnets comply with the latest standard and have been designed according to the main criteria of safety and ease of use.

Permanent magnet transporters are used where switchable lifting magnets cannot be used due to insufficient material thickness. They are suitable for thin sheets from 2 mm and are less expensive than lifting magnets, but must be separated from the workpiece under tension by means of a forcing-off device. They are suitable for use in sheet metal storage, on flame or laser cutting equipment, on shears or punching machines, and in steel and container construction. Magnetic transporters of types SH and MK are not compatible with the latest European standard for lifting magnets. We recommend their use only in protected areas.

Equipped with pole type 50+ in long narrow design and a maximum load capacity of 400/600/1000 kg, which is achieved with material thicknesses from 15mm, these easy-to-guide and operate devices are recommended for lifting battens, rails, pipes, beams and bars. The HGF Handgausmeter is an easy to use precision instrument. The superfine 1mm probe magnetic flux densities can be measured extremely close to the magnetic pole and in very narrow air gaps. The HGF can be switched between AC and DC magnetic fields as well as between units Gaus and Tesla. At the edge of the display the pending polarity N/S is in the mode "DC magnetic fields" constantly displayed, the "peak indicator" facilitates the search for magnetic surfaces for example, in tracking down unwanted residual magnetism. FXE-M electro-permanent load lifting magnet modules can be combined with MCF control units to form modular load lifting systems. FXE-TT telescopic trusses are equipped with electro-hydraulic telescopic arms and are suitable for handling sheets of 3-16m length. The system consists of fixed and movable crossbars, each equipped with two magnetic modules. The length of the truss can be adjusted individually via radio remote control. The magnetic system can be operated on the truss itself or on the radio remote control included in the delivery.

FX-KT small trusses lift workpieces that cannot be picked up with a magnet in the center, such as rings, punching tools and flanges. Two FX magnets, adjustably mounted on a truss made of high-strength aluminum, provide a secure hold. With a few simple steps, the magnets can be removed from the truss and used individually.

FXE TTO lifting magnet trusses are used to remove large areas from laser or flame cutting tables. Parts from 100x100mm are removed from the table in their entire layer. Depending on the material thickness, whole sheets can also be placed with the FXE-TTO. The design of the system depends on the sheet format to be moved (uncut, LxWxH) and the dimension of the smallest blank.

FX-P is the lifting magnet series for professional lifting and moving of thinner sheets, tubes and bars. The special Magnet-Coniguration in conjunction with the prismatic pole of the FX-P ensures maximum lux density even on thin material thickness. The FX-P can be positioned well on round tube and gently pressed.

For lifting of ground parts, bulk material and for occasional sorting out of magnetizable parts. ERM are equipped with mounted switch and integrated rectifier, for direct connection to 230 V mains voltage. The field depth is approx. 80-120 mm. Not permitted for transporting solid workpieces in unprotected areas.

HAND-Demagnetizers be used for degaussing of large parts or workpieces, which cannot be done to the device for other reasons, for example, Injection molds, stamping tools, vices built, clamped tools, etc. This portable model can be used for a maximum of 10 minutes of continuous operation. It is equipped with a thermostat that switches it off when the maximum permitted temperature (60ºC) is reached; it can only be used again once the temperature has dropped. The device is moved by hand over the workpiece, as close as possible to the surface, but without touching it.

Plate-spreading-magnets are used for separating of stacked iron and steel sheets. The sheet separators are laterally grown from the sheet stack, they magnetize the sheets with the same poles, which repel them from each other. Plate-spreading-magnets apply both in automated systems where plates with vacuum or transshipped are magnetic, and the manual work, where the gripping sheet is greatly facilitated by their help.
