ipf cable sockets are used primarily for establishing the electrical connection of sensors. Their features are characterized by rugged design, the highest protection classes (IP67 \ IP68 \ IP69K) and, if desired, with 360° shielding. With the features: bus-ready, suitable for use with drag chains and robots, resistance to oil and chemicals, resistance to welding sparks, their resistance to cleaning agents or high-pressure and steam-jet cleaning, the expanded temperature range of up to +230°C, the rapid interconnection technology and special data transmission properties, the cable sockets meet all requirements in automation technology.

Connecting digital signals directly at the machine can contribute to significant cost and effort minimization. A classic application is the linking of different signals directly in the field. Thus, it is possible to avoid long line paths of many individual devices, which significantly reduces the wiring effort and the need for control inputs. All input signals on the logic modules are visualized by integrated LED and are electrically decoupled from each other. In this way, influences from one device to the other are reliably prevented. The outputs of the modules are overload-proof and the upcoming signal is also indicated by an LED. In addition to logical input signal connections such as AND and OR, versions with signal change control are also available. The ipf logic modules are available for DIN rail mounting or as field modules.

Quick-connect couplings consist of two components – coupling socket and plug. They are the ideal interface to connect or disconnect the flow of gaseous or liquid media in lines safely and quickly. Quick-connect couplings are used for the conveyance of air, water, oil, acids or various gases. Here you will find single-sided and double-sided blocking quick connect couplings up to I.D. 19, asymmetrical couplings in different sizes and hydraulic couplings standardised to ISO. MediorNet offers Link Cards with and without integrated CWDM multiplexing to network MediorNet mainframes with a bandwidth of up to 76.5 Gbit/s on a single fiber link. MediorNet‘s standard fiber transceivers have an optical budget of 18 dB minimum, allowing for distances of up to 40 km (25 miles). A MediorNet fiber link always consists of duplex fiber to allow bi-directional signal transport. MediorNet CWDM Link Cards can also include external optical signals and transport them transparently through the system. All MediorNet Link Cards provide signal monitoring and link status information, which can be monitored via status LEDs and system wide via the MediorWorks software and SNMP network management systems.

The new strain gage amplifier with IO-Link interface enables digitalization of the measurement technology right from the sensor. Its compact design and high degree of protection allow the instrumentation amplifier to be used practically anywhere in the field. Strain gage sensors typically have an output voltage of a few millivolts. In industrial environments, e.g. in the vicinity of electric motors or frequency converters, interference can affect the measurement result when transmitting analog signals. This is reliably avoided using the new strain gage amplifier with IO-Link interface. The analog link between the sensor and instrumentation amplifier is kept as short as possible, the standardized IO-Link communication is fully digital and interference-free. The amplifier is powered directly via the IO-Link interface – a standardized 5-wire cable with M12 socket. Strain gage sensors can be connected via a 4-pin M8 connector.
