We are specialized in the production of precision parts and assemblies for the medical technology, automotive, telecommunications, metrology and renewable energy industries. We use our own equipment and technologies and undertake in-house fixture construction. Laser machining, electrochemical metalworking and mechanical manufacturing are our core competencies. Often, leg springs are also referred to as torsion springs. This derives from the fact that these springs often support rotating motions or also several shaft revolutions or trace them back to the initial point. The shape and size of the springs’ body und ends (for the most part tangentially or axially projecting legs) are very various and using the technology which is nowadays available they are efficiantly producible. The STC series has been designed to provide unrivalled economy in the machining of the most demanding structural parts, multiblades and casings with long cycle times, and provide the customer with a whole host of practical options. These machining centers have excellent static and dynamic properties as well as a tried and tested rotatable head, making them the benchmark for heavy chip removal in titanium and Inconel part for the aerospace and power generation industries.

The RVU grinding machines set new standards in highprecision machining and are especially suitable for high precision grinding applications in the bearing and aerospace industries. The range can be equipped with up to four watercooled grinding spindles which can achieve a performance of 45 kW at 18,000 rev/min. (according to the type of grinding wheel selected) The RVU facilitates a complete machining processing without interruption as optional dressing units, grinding wheel changers and workpiece measurement are available. Additional options for hard metal machining boring and workpiece measurement increase the possible applications of the machine series considerably.

The 1D measurement device “light” serves for the length measurement of long, narrow workpieces in the productions environment. This product offers a cost-effective alternative exactly for such measurement tasks where a sliding calliper is too short and a measuring tape is too inaccurate. With the 1D measurement device “light”, linear dimensions can be gathered quickly and reliably in the simplest manner.
