The precision RTD simulator is used where measuring instruments or controlling means with high precision must be examined or calibrated. The simulator is suitable for calibration laboratory and service centers which need a computer-controlled resistance decade for the automation of calibration procedures. All standard platinum and nickel RTD can be simulated with very high accuracy according to scales ITS 90 or IPTS 68. Temperature regulators, transducers etc. often supply a pulsed signal current in order to reduce the self-heating of the RTD. Devices with electronic simulation of RTD are therefore inclined to swinging and do not function with this application. The RESISTOMAT® model 2320 is a universally applicable and easy to operate measurement device for low-ohmic resistances. The light and handy device in a stable IP54 plastic housing with membrane keypad is likewise suitable for use in service, laboratory or on the production floor. The power supply is done via built-in rechargeable battery packs or by standard batteries. If need be, the temperature of samples can be measured and the sample resistance is subsequently compensated to fit the value at 20°C. This applies for samples with resistances depending on the sample’s temperature. The temperature coefficients for copper and aluminium are included as standard. A third and fourth coefficient may be set individually for any given material to be measured. Our Gas Quality Competence Centre answers chemical analysis and process engineering questions in all matters connected with the transportation and use of natural gas. Our Competence Centre uses high-performance methods and processes for the analysis of gases and accompanying substances and can draw on many years of experience in the operation of our transmission system and cooperation with customers. The full range of our laboratory services if of course also available to other companies and organisations. The natural gas analysis laboratory is accredited to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025.

The portable, battery-operated KAL 84 calibration system combines a pressure transmitter and pressure gauge. These can be used to test and calibrate pressure sensors and other pressure gauges for low pressures both quickly and easily. A high degree of accuracy and excellent reproducibility of results combined with a robust design give the system all the functionalities required for laboratory and service applications. Calibration in mmHg (optional) makes the system ideal for applications in accordance with the regulations for users of medical products, e.g. blood pressure monitors and infusion/suction pumps.
