Capacitive filling level monitors for operation at medium temperatures of up to 230° C. With PTFE or PEEK housing and stainless steel thread for use in aggressive media. The sensors are based on the proven capacitive principle. The medium to be detected functions as dielectric. The medium in touch with the sensor generates a capacity change. This is converted into a switching signal or an analogue 4...20 mA output signal. This applies both to conductive and on-conductive media. The proximity switches are based on the conventional inductive principle and switch when a metallic object moves close. These inductive sensors cope without problems with constantly changing temperatures, flooding, vibration, cleaning processes using high pressure cleaners and temperature up to 120°C. These properties are, for example, in demand when used in the steel industry. Because our sensors are always flushed with rolling emulsion during operation, the chemical resistance of the materials used and a high IP class are also essential. They are also ideal for outdoor applications.

SHT75DK Digital, High Precision Sensor for Humidity and Temperature The digital humidity sensor SHT75DK comes fully calibrated and is easy to install thanks to its pin-type package (for 1.27mm sockets). Individual calibration and digital output make it a fully exchangeable option and also spare you the painful and intricate recalibration after changing it. Its sensor head is connected to the pins only through a thin bridge isolating it thermally which further improves its response time. A sealing ring in front of the pins protects against humidity and corrosion. The sensor element can completely seal openings with a diameter of 7mm.

Being of robust design the stainless steel probe body offers additional protection.
