Stainless steel gear pump for the delivery of alcohols, isocyanates or gels. The exact volumetric dosing of this series guarantees a low-pulsation and constant flow rate. Due to its compact size and high precision, the CHEM MINI is ideally suited for use in laboratories. Parts in contact with the medium can be made of stainless steel or ceramic materials. The series is available in sizes from 0.2-9-5.5 to 2.95-14-28, other sizes are also available on request. The range of application covers classic transfer and dosing tasks in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry. Due to decades of design experience and optimum material selection, this pump type is suitable for even the most difficult tasks and convinces by its reliability and dosing accuracy in vacuum applications.

High feed and short machining times are the advantages of the LMT Fette MultiEdge 2Feed mini in a nutshell. High removal rates are achieved especially when machining hardened or high-tensile materials, even with large projection lengths. These results are delivered by the proven high-feed geometry of the 9 mm small indexable inserts, their positive rake angle, the new LCK10M cutting material with high carbide content and the TiAlN-based high-performance coating. The machining of high-tensile steels up to 63 HRC and chilled cast iron up to 67 HRC presents no problem. The machining time for one type of tempered steel was almost half that of a competitor tool.

The mini MACE is suited for, for example, the cutting and opening of pipe bombs, hand grenades or potentially hazardous objects such as unconventional explosive devices in the form of fire extinguishers and cases. mini MACE combines an abrasive mixing unit and a high-pressure pump in a single casing. The working pressure of the unit, which is driven by an internal combustion engine, is 6525 PSI (450 bar). The mini MACE was developed as a mobile penetration and cutting tool. An autarkic complete system equipped with internal combustion engine, abrasive mixing unit (AMU) and high pressure pump for accessing and deactivating IEDD (Improvised Explosive Device Disposal). It could be also used in the industrial sector for e.g. opening tanks.
