Suitable for damp locations and rough industry environment, for reliable and efficient heating – often unnoticed, but indispensable. The construction of RiRo-nta is identical with RiRo-nt except for the fact that heating power can be steplessly regulated by our built-in thermostat. It keeps the temperature of your choice constant between +5°C and + 30°C or just protects your room from frost. The red signalling light shows when power is on.

Max. 115°C on top of the fins.

To keep below the reduced surface temperature of 115°C we chose appropriate power layout. Max. 115°C on top of the fins.

QuickFit Protection Basket Our protection baskets are valuable accessories: they protect against collisions, give additional protection against dust and are an optical enhancement. Like the heaters themselves, they are manufactured in high-grade steel, so that we offer a logical solution regarding both quality of material and optical general impression. QuickFit: You fix our baskets without any further tools or drillholes! Just put the basket over the already mounted RiRo and wedge it, ready!

The cost-efficient infrared emitter JSIR340-4 is optimized for NDIR gas analysis and other infrared measurement applications such as DIR spectroscopy, ATR spectroscopy or PAS spectroscopy. The membrane of the cmOS based IR emitter reaches membrane temperatures of up to 800 °C. It provides long-term stable radiation output for industrial applications for control and monitoring of process gases, associated gases at ambient temperatures between -20 and 85 °C. The packaging version in the standard TO housing with cap is suitable for measuring distances up to 2 cm. The MEMS chip used in our IR emitters consists of a multilayer hot plate diaphragm containing a high temperature stable metal C-MOSI layer. The emitter chip has an active area of 2.2 x 2.2 mm2 and is based on a silicon substrate with a back-etched membrane. All thin film processes are performed using standard MEMS processes and cmOS compatible materials. The active C-MOSI resistive layer is protected against aging & environment.
