With the thread adapter made of high-quality stainless steel 1.4301 (304) a pump, a drain cock or any other connection with thread G 2" (Whitworth pipe thread) can be screwed onto a container with G 1 1/2" thread. The thread adapter adapts and thus compensates for different thread shapes. The drum adapter ensures that decanting is liquid-tight; a seal made of ePTFE reliably seals the connection. The thread adapter made of stainless steel is electrically conductive and highly chemically resistant. It can therefore be used for filling solvents and other flammable liquids (e.g. alcohols, petrol, diesel etc.) as well as for weak alkalis and acids.

With Novartos Multi double sampling, a double multi-point sample can be taken from multiple predefined sample zones. Depending on the lenght, four, seven or nine sample chambers are each fitted with two sample inserts for the double sampling.

Due to the individual speed control, the Roots pumps of the innovative HiLobe® series offer a nominal pumping speed range of 520 - 2,100 m³/h and can be perfectly adjusted to customer-specific requirements. In general, Roots pumps need a backing pump adapted to the gas flow and which is suitable for the application in order to operate.

The barrel pump's universal adapter fits onto container openings of 30 - 70 mm, closing tightly. The container screw joints can be screwed into the container with the 3/4" thread and lock nut. The gas-tight barrel pump enables odour-free transfer. During transfer with normal pumps, it is impossible to prevent vapours escaping into the atmosphere. The gas-shuttle method avoids this. Any vapours produced are returned from the container which is to be filled to the original container via the gas-shuttle pipe. The gas pipe and the liquid pipe are additionally provided with stopcocks. Gas-tight pumps are used for substances that have a strong smell such as ammonia.

The materials steel and aluminium ensure that the tubing clamp stop-it metal is extremly heat resistant and sturdy. The tubing clamp is available in four different sizes, for hose diameters up to max. 30 mm. The tubing clamp can be used wherever the flow in hoses with liquids or gases needs to be regulated or stopped. Stepless flow regulation: With the tubing clamp stop-it's knurled screw, a stepless, delicate flow regulation or complete stop of the flow are possible, even for existing hose connections. The hose is compressed over a wide area against the sturdy steel hook in order to prevent it from being damaged.

For the formation of pre-defined package units downstream of a Bizerba labeling system The fully automatic TU 100 unit maker consists of an electrically driven, two-part package removal station with an electro-pneumatic diverter arm. It makes units according to predefined criteria, optimizing the packing process and the control of sum labels for the packages. Up to 100 packages per minute are possible. The TU 100 can be optionally fitted with a roller conveyor or a belt conveyor. (optional)

This automatic washing & drying system provides high efficient cleaning of elastomers in through-feed method (on option washing with de-ionized, de-mineralized or ultra-pure water possible). Starting from the loading station, the washing drums are conveyed automatically to each washing station (→ station pre-washing → station rinsing → station high pressure cleaning → station high pressure drying) and are finally conveyed to the unloading station after treatment. The dimensions of this system depend on the drum dimensions desired (perforation from 3 - 15 mm possible by choice). After every successful filling of a package, it is a basic condition for precise dosing that the thread is defined and breaks off cleanly. This effect usually occurs with water-like materials - with viscous products, so called semi-solids, but often not: Many products such as creams, gels and ointments pull long threads from the tip of the dispensing needle into the respective packaging. The ViscoTec Pharma Dispensers provide a solution: After a dosing shot of the Pharma Dispenser, the product path through the chambers in the rotor-stator system is blocked, thus preventing dripping of the dosing medium. A valve at the dosing needle or at the pump is not necessary. Thanks to the reversible direction of rotation, retraction can be set after the end of dosing: The material is drawn back into the dosing needle in a defined manner.

Electric drum mixer for highly viscous media. The FR-HX is Geppert Ruhrtechnik’s drum mixer for highly viscous media of up to 5,000 mPas. The foldable mixing elements with a diameter of 200 mm demand a non-vertical installation in the tank. This installation is realized due to a traverse with a welded 2”-socket. Additionally the traverse allows the use of the agitator when the drum is open. The mobile mixer FR-HX is by default equipped with an on-/off-switch with low voltage breaker and – upon request – with a connection cable. . The FR-HX could also be equipped with a frequency inverter upon request. Explosion-proof design after ATEX (2014/34/EU) for operation in ex-zones 0-2 for gases and zones 20-22 for dusts (Device group II, category 1-3).
