The IBC/Bpro-Container Jacket Heater is an insulated heater jacket for the heating of bottle-in-a-cage containers. All four sides of the container are covered by the heater. The container heater has two separate heating circuits (top and bottom), allowing for an economical heating of half-filled containers, too. The HILC unheated insulated lid can be used in addition to shorten the heat-up time. The IBC/B heating jacket can also be combined with the IBC/A container base heater. It's a silicone heater mat that is placed below the plastic container before that is filled.

The horizontally installed, compact container pump MINIFLUX is designed for emptying IBCs via their floor-level outlet. Designed as an alternative to a vertical pump, the MINIFLUX can be used when an IBC is not accessible from the top. It is suitable for applications when gravity draining via the outlet tap is insufficient e.g. rapid dispensing or transfer to another container in a higher location. Power can ideally be provided by a commutator or compressed air motor. IBC/A-Container Base Heaters are used for the heating of bag-in-box containers. It's a silicone heater mat that is placed below the bag before that is filled. For a faster warming, an additional unheated insulating sheath covering the four sides and the HILC unheated insulated lid can be used. The IBC/Bpro-Container heating jacket as well as the HILC unheated insulated lid are perfect means to support the IBC/A base heater. Using the base heater together with the heating jacket and the insulation cover accelerates the heating process and to reduces heat losses.

IBC discharge valve with 90° hose nozzle and sealing cap. The hose can also be closed with the enclosed sealing cap. Hose nozzle external PA Ø 30 mm, suitable for flexible hoses. The IBC discharge valve is a sturdy, high-quality ball valve with a hose connection and connection adapter including seal, for standard thread S 60x6 external or 1" external, designed to fit all commonly used European IBC containers. With the appropriate thread, the discharge valve can also be screwed directly onto the original discharge valve that is already on the IBC tank if the original valve is leaking or faulty. In this way the IBC discharge valve ensures fast and reliable residual emptying of the container with good dosing. The discharge valve is an indispensable accessory to ensure a professional connection of the hose or for filling from your IBC container.

The tote tank mixers CRP-E are equipped with a pneumatic drive. It has been especially designed for plastic IBCs with filling openings of at least 150 mm and volumes from 600 l up to 1,200 l. The fast running pneumatic agitators are equipped with bearing and coupling housings. By means of the maintenance unit, pressurized air is enriched with oil for the vane drive. The mixer is mounted on a container traverse bridge, which is included in the scope of supply and clamped with a rapid fixing system to the cage frame of the IBC. The plastic bulk of the container is therefore not harmed by any static or dynamic loads by the agitator. Folding propellers that fit through the filling opening DN 150 mm are used for geared agitators. The agitator shafts are connected to the drive shafts with sleeve couplings or borne within the gear’s hollow shaft (worm gears). The agitator shafts are balanced for concentric run after assembly. Explosion-proof mixers are also feasible.

Fully automatic labelling machine for labelling drum pallets IBC Conatiner All chemicals are subject to mandatory classification and labelling before they are placed on the market. Often, several labels (product label, hazardous goods label and logistics label) are used up on the containers or drum pallets. Labelling can take place in a continuous flow or at a standstill. Vacuum belts are used for transferring labels to the drum, which can process different label sizes with the appropriate special vacuum plate. The IBLM labeller can be used as a stand-alone labeller or integrated into existing production lines and filling lines.

The danger of electrostatic charges must always be observed when loading, unloading or handling bulk solids or inflammable liquids in the petrochemical, chemical, gas, as well as in the food and feed industry. For application with containers, IBCs, barrels or trays, the EKX-4 (2-pole) is the Grounding Control Device to choose. APPLICATION AREAS: EKX-4 (2-pole) is mounted stationary, close to the loading/unloading gantry. It is used in gas and dust hazardous areas of zone 1 and 21 for objects to be grounded, that cannot be detected by the standard 1-pole Grounding Control Device EKX-4 such as containers, IBCs or barrels.
