The NS30 hot melt hoses serve as a heated and flexible transport route for hot-melt adhesive, from a melter to a bead application head. For the start of our book production, we have set great store, even with a run 1 the book block exactly in the envelope. For this we have acquired an English grooving machine, which can groove us the envelope before the book block is hung. The groove lines are set according to the page number and size of the book. They are then engraved in the envelope. The cover thus becomes something like a shaft with two hinges for the book block. This is then after the gluing of the spine.
