Organic hemp flour is a fine flour obtained from the whole hemp seed. Due to the nature, the organic hemp flour has a high protein and omega-3-fatty acids content. It´s therefore perfect suitable for athletes, as well as the vegetarian and vegan cuisine. In baking, about 10% of the grain flour can be replaced by organic hemp flour. This product is a controlled organic food according to DE-ÖKO-006.
