KUKA repair, exchange & replacement for pendants, motors and ROBOT We offer general overhaul repairs, as well as exchange and replacement parts for KCP1, KCP2 and KCP4 pendants, motors and other parts manufactured by KUKA. For each repair and every KUKA pendant that is exchanged or purchased as a replacement part from BVS, we not only replace all components that are electronically and mechanically defective as part of the product reconditioning, but also replace all of the parts that are subject to ageing or use related wear. What's more, we only use original components approved by the manufacturer or legislator to repair your KUKA pendants. We are also able to restore the full functionality of the 6D mouse. ABB repair, exchange & replacement parts for ABB IRC5 & S4 Pendants Since the start of 2018, we also supply reconditioned repairs as well as exchange and replacement parts for handheld robot control panels from the IRC5, IRC5P, S4, S4+, S4C+, S4P and S4P+ product ranges manufactured by ABB. During the repair process, we ensure that components that are better than the manufacturer's are installed in addition to the manufacturer's original parts. As a preventative measure we also replace any components that are subject to ageing or use related wear. In addition to using components approved by the manufacturer or legislator, we test the reconditioned ABB handheld control panels with original IRB ABB robots under conditions that correspond to the actual working environment. We can therefore also provide an 24 month warranty* on the complete ABB handheld control panel.

Use by industry in robot-controlled applications Both versions of the GAV 8000 can be integrated into robot systems. Industrial robots are used almost everywhere in the production environment. They can be programmed to carry out various movements and can therefore be used highly effi ciently in combination with the GESIPA® rivet equipment. The RSA Series is designed to identify suspension springs with the appropriate load class based on an individual payload measurement result. The system receives the measurement results from the upstream system. The system is available as a single or double cycle version (depending on the required throughput). Simple linear axes, single- or twin-robot systems are used as handling systems. Since the labels are normally wider than the distance between the threads, the label is preformed (Ushape) before application to reach the labelling position before it is placed around the wire and finally fixed as a flag label. The data is inspected by a vision system and compared with the original measurement information at the outfeed of the system (verification). The labels are printed in the system with various data such as customer information, barcodes and line information. The data for this is made available via the main control of the production line.
