The tote tank mixers CR-E are designed for operation on plastic containers with filling openings of 150 mm and volumes from 600 l up to 1,200 l. The customer may choose between various viscosity-related basic versions of fast-running and slow-running mixers with electric drives. The agitator shafts are connected to the drive shafts with sleeve couplings or borne within the gear’s hollow shaft (worm gears). The agitator shafts are balanced for concentric run after assembly. The mixer is mounted on a container traverse bridge, which is included in the scope of supply and clamped with a rapid fixing system to the cage frame of the IBC. The plastic bulk of the container is therefore not harmed by any static or dynamic loads by the agitator. The fixing of the traverse bridge is adjustable for various container models. The impellers are designed to fit through the filling opening 150 mm when being inserted. The electric container mixers are delivered with on-/off-switches with low-voltage breaker.

One-part design - Standard hub The coupling TSCHAN ® TNM E is a torsionally elastic and puncture-proof claw coupling. It balances out angular, radial and axial shaft misalignments within defined limits. The coupling transfers the torque via pressure loadable, elastic buffers of Perbunan (Pb) which are joined together as an intermediate ring. The elastic intermediate ring can cushion impacts and torsional vibrations; it is oil-tight and electrically conductive. The coupling is usable in every sense of rotation and installation position. Both the LUXOR E A and LUXOR EM A dryers with optional ETA plus® energy saving technology are specifically designed to supply consistently low dew-point air to one drying bin, while reducing energy consumption. The LUXOR E A dryer is designed for use with existing conveying systems or hopper loaders. Whereas the LUXOR EM A offers a machine dedicated solution with integrated dry air conveying for up to two processing machines and the drying bin. There are three sizes with drying bin capacities of 60, 100 and 150 litres. The LUXORnet controls utilise modern, flexible BUS-technology. As standard, the colour touch control manages the dry air generator, one drying bin and with the EM version, material conveying to one drying bin and two processing machines. The integration of dry-air conveying and material proportioning provides maximum flexibility and productivity.
