Tube squaring machines are necessary to achieve burr-free and right-angled seam preparation for orbital welding. That‘s why Orbitec offers two machines, from the small handy Planfix 40 S to the large Planfix 115 S. The Planfix 40 S is a powerful and handy squaring device for mobile or stationary use with battery or mains drive. It has a large viewing window, a tool carrier for mounting the inserts, double-sided indexable inserts, and a feed with 0.1mm scale graduation. Alternatively, existing Orbitec facing tool bits can be used without tool carriers. The new inserts have a long service life and can process unalloyed, low-alloy and high-alloy steel quickly and reliably with high precision. The Pulsarlube M500, newly developed automatic grease lubricator, is primarily designed to ensure reliable lubrication of larger bearings (i.e. >102mm (4") O.D) commonly found in industries such as mining, cement, and steel. Large 500ml grease capacity with long operation period up to 24 months. Wide operating temperature range with optional Lithium battery pack. 'Automatic Lockout system' preventing any possible accidental/unauthorized re-programming of the unit after it has been set. The Pulsarlube MSP electromechanical automatic grease lubricator is designed to operate in synchronization with the equipment on which it is installed. As long as the equipment is operating, the Pulsarlube MSP will dispense the preset amount of lubricant so that any loss or waste of lubricant can be prevented. It is primarily designed to meet the following requirements: UL79, Power-Operated pumps for Petroleum dispensing products, 8th Edition ANSI/ISA-12.12.01-2000, Nonincendive electrical equipment for use in Class I , Division 2 , Groups C and D Hazardous locations. Applicable to electric motors as well as other types of equipment subject to hazardous location classification. Tested by Underwriter Laboratories and meets the following requirements: UL79, Power-Operated pumps for Petroleum dispensing products. Certification: Class I, Div. 2, Groups C and D.
