Rotospray: The air bearing rotary atomizers have been specifically designed for the paint atomization in automated paint streets. The sprayer’s micro-jets ensure finest and consistent spraying at speeds up to 70,000 rpm. Thanks to its high-performance turbine that has been aerodynamically optimized for low air consumption, ROTOSPRAY achieves an enormous performance boost. The air bearing rotary atomizer can handle high loads, making the ROTOSPRAY system especially suitable for use in robotized applications. To cater for individual requirements, the rotary atomizer is available with specific connection layouts and housing variants.

Due to the brushless motor and the 20,000 N setting force, the PowerBird Pro Gold Edition is even stronger and sets blind rivets of all materials up to 6.4 mm diameter. The autoreverse function enables a faster setting process, the PowerBird Pro Gold Edition is ready for work again immediately. Thanks to a tool stroke of 25 mm, setting particularly long rivets is no problem. Thanks to its brushless design, the motor of the PowerBird Pro Gold Edition is extremely durable and almost wear-free. In addition, it is equipped with the low-wear chuck jaw system that has already proven itself thousands of times. The pressure release ensures that the components to be riveted lie reliably on top of each other without a gap before the riveting process. Furthermore, it is ensured that the blind rivet reaches its final position in the hole before the setting process and that the setting head is in contact. The pressure force can be variably adjusted by springs, depending on the application.

The BLDC motor of the AccuBird Pro is extremely durable and almost wear-free. The optional autoreverse function additionally shortens the pulling process and the AccuBird Pro is ready to work again immediately. The AccuBird Pro is also equipped with the low-wear chuck jaw system that has already proven itself thousands of times over. Our HSF-eco model is used for offline labelling of flat products such as empty pharmaceutical boxes, postcards or cardboard blanks. After loading the infeed magazine, the system unstacks the inserted products fully automatically and collects them again after labelling. The system can be refilled during operation and the processed products can be removed. In the basic version, product widths of 350 mm can be easily labelled. Models for processing wider products are optionally available.
