Punching of registration holes in light sensitive films for PCB manufacturing. Reference marks are automatically detected by 4 cameras with image processing. The film is aligned by 3 motorized axes (X/Y/?) and a specific pattern of registration holes is punched.

Application of pneumatic handle hole puncher: The hole puncher is pneumatic type, usually should be installed on bag making machine and punch handle hole for plastic or paper bag. It is 80x20 mm carry hole puncher with 50mm passing slot length. Passing Slot (throat depth) means the space to pass bag (from hole center to inside edge). The main hole shapes we made for aluminum foil bag, foil ziplock bag , food packaging bag , grape bags and stand up pouches are: Euro hole puncher, Butterfly hole puncher, Round hole puncher, Triangle hole puncher, Die-cut hole puncher, Handle hole puncher, Tear notch puncher and so on. Any hole size and shape can be customized. Punching materials are: PO, PP, PE, OPP, CPP,PVC, PPE, PPU, CPE plastic material, paper , laminated materials,non-woven and so on.
