HELLER uniPro 90 Machine tools manufactured by HELLER are used around the world in the machining sector. Many of the older processing centres are using the "uniPro 90" controller for which we offer completely reconditioning repairs across the entire product range. In addition we are selling new, replacement and exchange parts. We are also able to test these HELLER controllers on our internally developed test stand and guarantee full functionality following repair. By using original components for every repair, we can also offer you an 24month warranty* on the complete assembly. The product portfolio for the HELLER uniPro 90 product range currently consists of inputs and outputs, plugin cards from the ACPU90 range, control panels, system cards and power modules.

Our tried and trusted holder model is available with one or two legs, with fixed or adjustable carbon brushes, in metal or – as a special version – in plastic. Together we can develop the individual version that meets your requirements. As with most MACK products: We do everything ourselves, and only in our own facilities – from the production of the main parts to the completion of all assembly work. This is the most installed version of the fabric expansion joints (KOREMA® type A3 or AC3 as well as B3 or BC3). The name »flange-type« is used for expansion joints located between pipe or duct end flanges. For existing plants, the flange design varies according to customers’ requirements or depending on the constructed steel design. For innovative designs KOREMA® will identify the suitable technical and economical solution. Special design: supplied as »open« multilayer expansion joint. On-site service available exclusively from the KOREMA® service team. Insulation is incorporated to protect the expansion joint against abrasion as well as for thermal insulation. The choice of insulating material, either mineral wool or ceramic felt, depends on the design temperature. For operation at or below dew point, a vulcanized elastomeric layer is available. Pre-assembled units, complete with liners and clamp bars, are available.

COD Sinter-HIP furnaces combine the dewaxing, vacuum-sintering and subsequent isostatic densification under pressure gas up to 100 bar of sinter parts made of hard metals or ceramics. COD furnaces optimize all the necessary process functions and combine them in one production equipment and process cycle in an optimal, fully automatic and reproducible manner. Applications: Vacuum- and pressure sintering of hard metal products, PM-high-speed steels and ceramics.
