The Flow-Trigger™ is an industrial flow switch designed and calibrated to confirm minimum or maximum flow rate within a pipeline. The Flow-Trigger™ combines a fully calibrated flow orifice and an explosion proof differential pressure switch to reliably monitor gas flow within the most demanding hazardous industrial environments. The Flow-Trigger™ is designed to be suitable for use with most industrial gases including hydrocarbons and corrosives like ammonia. Every Flow-Trigger™ comes complete with an orifice calibration curve and is preset to trigger at the desired set point based on the provided inlet gas specifications. The switch is field adjustable (+/- 40% of initial flow set point) after installation so that it can be fine tuned to meet specific application requirements. The Flow-Trigger™ is designed to be easily installed directly into a gas pipeline and comes complete with the required inlet and outlet pipe to maintain calibration accuracy.

EGE flow rate sensors for the flow rate detection of 10...100 l/min feature one-piece measuring tubes with an inner diameter of 20 mm from highly resistant stainless steel V4A (1.4571). For particularly aggressive media EGE offers special materials, such as bronze, Hastelloy, titanium or even PTFE. The devices can either be set up intuitively using a potentiometer and LED indications or easily programmed using buttons and a multi-segment display. EGE flow rate sensors can be installed in circuits with corresponding pipe diameters using threaded fittings or compression fittings. The provide excellent measuring results wherever the safe, robust and low-maintenance monitoring of low flows is required.

Flow monitoring Flow monitoring is a procedure that demands a reliable and reproducible surveillance of limit values and flow patterns. Flow sensors detect critical deviations of the flow rate of liquid and gaseous media. Typical areas of application are the monitoring of cooling circuits in welding applications for example, protection against dry running of pumps, as well as the flow monitoring in air ducts and air conditioning equipment. The precision volume dosing unit eco-PEN600, made by ViscoTec, enables many applications in the low to medium viscosity dispensing range. It is ideal for dosing grease, paint, sealants, adhesives, oil, silicone, generally abrasive media and many other materials. The preeflow® eco-PEN is a rotating, absolutely pressure-tight displacement system consisting of a self-sealing rotor and stator. The controlled rotary movement of the rotor generates the flow by displacing the medium in the stator. Pumping without changing the medium is guaranteed. As the material can also be conveyed backwards, preeflow® guarantees a clean, controlled material or medium tear-off without dripping.
