Novelis Advanz™ 6HS s650 is Novelis’ latest offering to the high strength 6xxx series and caters to structural applications requiring high in-service strength. A tailor-made alloy, specifically designed for high strength requirements without compromising its forming characteristics, Novelis Advanz™ s650 has a 15-20% T6 strength advantage over incumbent high strength 6xxx, coupled with excellent crash behavior and corrosion resistance. Predominantly an alloy of choice for structural parts with high demand on forming and high strength after paint bake, typical areas of application are A-pillar, B pillar, roof traverse, rocker, inner and floor panels, bumpers and battery cases along with various other structural reinforcements. This product exhibits excellent after paint bake response which in turn provides high in-service strength making it an ideal material for light weighting of structural components. All values listed are typical.

Floor socket 3203E with connection module made of stainless steel, polished, with hinged cover. Can be used as a desk connection panel or floor box. The hinged cover also closes when the plugs are inserted. The equipment rack can be removed for assembly. The ultra-light COMPACT storage and retrieval machine opens up flexible options for use in existing warehouses. The consistently lightweight design reduces kinematic loads on the floor panels and conserves energy. Transverse forces in the rack are also minimal. A lower approach dimension of 0 millimeters allows the use of conventional stacker racks. No storage space is lost in the lowest rack level. Depending on the application, the COMPACT machines can be equipped with a variety of load handling attachments. High handling capacities and individual location access are achieved with single- or double-deep telescopic forks from DAMBACH. With the patented rotating and swiveling traverse fork, pallets can be picked up or set down at floor level to meet the needs of manual warehouse operation. The tilting device even makes it possible to transport pallets with closed bottoms.

Riga Tex Birch plywood ( Riga Ply) overlaid with a phenol film or with UV resistant film on both the faces. The wear face has a rough wire mesh pattern (W); the reverse normally is smooth (F), although it can have wire mesh pattern, too (grade W/W). Riga Tex rough wire mesh overlay withstands hard wear and it can be used for many different floor-panelling purposes. Advantages The wire mesh surface has high wear resistance and anti-slip properties, surface is weather- and water-proof, resists to commonly used chemicals. In addition, the product is environmentally friendly. Applications Vehicle floors, pedestrian bridges, storage and factory floors, storage shelves, loading platforms, ship decks, pier surfaces. In general - applications where high wear resistance and/or good anti-slip properties are required. Overlaying A smooth phenol or UV resistant film, which is hot-pressed onto the surface, is used as an overlay. The phenol film is composed of a basic paper which is impregnated with phenol resin. The UV resistant film is impregnated with special thermosetting mixture of polymers containing amino resins. On special request, panels can be overlaid with wear resistant phenol film or/and multi-layer phenol film and both the faces can have a wire mesh pattern.
