Our interlocking system sandwich panels with B2 non-flammability certificate are designed to provide maximum thermal insulation in your cold storages. High level of thermal insulation with a polyurethane density of 42kg/m³.

The floor panel is a sandwich panel used for floor and roof coverings, whose thickness varies according to the spans and the design loads. This prefab panel, prefabricated in the factory, is generally completed on site by placing concrete into the ribs and upper concrete casting a sort of a disposable, insulating formwork, whose thickness of polystyrene (EPS) varies according to the requirements of insulation and structural resistance. Alternatively, the reinforcement and casting can be done directly in the factory, as for the prefabricated concrete floors. These insulated precast panels are used for floors of structures completely made with panels; floors of buildings made with prefabricated structures, onsite castings or made with metal structure; floors of prefabricated modules.

The upper surface of the floor panel is made of 10 mm thick plywood lower surface 0.5 mm thick galvanized sheet. The plywood surface prevents slipping thanks to its honeycomb structure. If desired, the tread can be produced from aluminum or stainless steel sheet as non-slip.

Panel equipment provides a more hygienic environment for wall, ceiling and floor panels. Panel types of equipment are the hygienic accessory, u profile of floor, L profile, interior accessory and egg corner combiner and hanger rail. U profile of floor, L profile and the interior accessory is a standard galvanized sheet of thickness 0,50 mm and RAL9002 polyester painted plates are made twisted on the folding machine. According to application needs 304 quality, stainless, PVC options are available.

Floor panels of Coolpan have a width of 111 cm at 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 200 mm thickness and according to the project can be produced up to 13,5 mt. length. PLYWOOD, CHROME are available for the Cool pan floor panels. The bottom surface of the floor panels is made of polyester 4042 kg / m3 polyurethane filled; the top surface is made plywood that produced from a birch tree. In addition to this, in the floor panels, there are options polyurethane for the lower surface, for between metal sheets 4042 kg / m3 filled polyurethane, for the top surface 304 quality stainless option is also available. Panels are produced in 3 different types; as horizontal wall panels, flooring panels and roof panels. They are produced as reinforced items with different measurements and combinations as class G3/05, G3/06 or G4/06.
