With FTJ-filter cloths, you can choose from approx. 40 high-quality fabric qualities, which fit your needs. The cloths consist mainly of polypropylene, polyester, polyamide and cotton. We would be pleased to advise you competently in the selection of the right filter cloth. In order to achieve the best results, fabric quality, grammage, air permeability and surface finish must be optimally tailored to your individual requirements. You can also get under-cloths at Filtertechnik Jäger. Drainage and cake drying can be improved. They also protect the upper cloths from mechanical wear. CF 30 G equipment is supplied completely assembled and ready for operation. The dust collection unit is suited for intermittent operation only, because regular cleaning of the pocket filter element in certain intervals is an absolutely must for the proper operation of the equipment. The cleaning intervals will depend on the operating conditions and must be established by experience. Normally cleaning intervals will be between operating times of 30 minutes to two hours. It is a prerequisite for sufficient and intensive cleaning of the filter cloth that dust collecting is interrupted during cleaning to achieve static pressures on the filter material. A retention time of 1 - 2,5 minutes between the end of the suction and the beginning of the cleaning process is therefore required. The filtered air must be removed outside - do not lead back to closed rooms!

We have a well-stocked warehouse with wire-cloth from our own production in all common materials enabling us to respond quickly to our customers needs. Individual specifications can be specially produced on request.

Component for Filter Dryers Containment systems (isolators, also glove boxes) allow for protected taking of samples, discharging of products, packaging the products in cladded barrels or other containers, the discharge of residual heel for a full product yield as well as filter cloth disposal whilst fully protecting the operating staff whereby at the same time a contamination of the product is avoided. The isolator is connected with the aid of a flange around the discharge stopper at the filter dryer.

FDA-COMPLIANT SOLID-LIQUID SEPARATION WITH THE MSE STAINLESS STEEL FILTER PRESS A large number of materials with different properties are used in the food sector in particular. Here, especially care must be taken to ensure that no ingredients are released into the food. The law stipulates a FDA certification for this. Accordingly, all materials used must be FDA-certified. The FDA certification stands for high purity and durability. Each component such as the filter plates, filter cloths and piping systems complies with the FDA guidelines. This contributes to high hygiene and safety requirements.

CellTRON® FOR MAXIMUM FILTRATION REQUIREMENTS The basis of this plant is a membrane filter press. The new product series is equipped with an innovative filter press emptying system with lifetime error message, an automated filter cloth washing system with implemented CIP cleaning function as well as an automatically opening and vacuum-proof housing. In contrast to conventional filter presses, this new development guarantees an almost gastight encapsulation of the filter press. The filter press thus meets the specific requirements for dewatering special (metal) sludges. In addition to standard configurations for battery cell production, this technology series is also suitable for demanding applications that require the highest safety and efficiency standards. These include volatile, dust explosive products as well as substances with toxic and radioactive properties but also pharma food products and hot suspensions (≥130°C).

Pressure Filters The Filter is composed of a pressure tank containing the filtering elements and the washing device or dry cake removal system. The filtering elements are vertically mounted cloth covered plates in Stainless Steel/Titanium/PVC/PE/PP (so called leaves) or special candles (made in plastic materials or stainless steel).
